Excellent service

For a woman in her late 50s, getting a mortgage for the first time felt pretty daunting, but Fred Barham instantly made the process so much easier. Although my age limited the lending term available to me, Fred still managed to secure an affordable rate. He took a supportive, hands-on approach, kept in regular contact, and provided updates from my solicitor all the way through to completion.

Fred has been excellent throughout our mortgage process. Just before completion, we encountered a serious issue with the mortgage terms that could have jeopardised the entire purchase. Fred stepped in immediately, took charge, and had the problem resolved within two days.

I recently worked with AWS on my re-mortgage and property buyout, completing on 1st December.
