So thankful for Fred and the team for helping me with my first mortgage. He went above and beyond to get the best mortgage he could, being a sole buyer and self employed was a challenge. He guided me through every step, explained thoroughly and was extremely efficient when getting back to me with information and any queries I had. I will be using AWS for all future mortgage options.

I was recommended to use AWS. As a first time buyer I had no clue about the process, terminology etc but Maxwell was great! He was really informative guiding me through the process and making it easy to understand providing me with trust in the company and service. Ashley and the team stepped in and secured a great remortgage offer for us. We reached out to Ashley after another broker couldn't secure what we were expecting. During the process Christine was our main point of contact and she was excellent. We never had to chase for anything and Christine answered all of our queries quickly and clearly. I managed to secure a mortgage thanks to AWS. Especially want to say that Luke was incredible. From the moment I first spoke to him, he was able to guide me and support my application. He talks in a very calm manner and is very knowledgeable, providing me with all options that could work. He always gives his time and is very clear in his plans and approach. I felt that Luke was able to extract more from my details and find me the best deal. I also used his services to set up a life cover. I am working now with Emily who has been taking over the next steps. I have already recommended Luke and AWS to my friends. I am also looking to work with them to secure a ltd company set up and mortgage.

AWS and in particular Fred and Ella have been fantastic. We used Joshua Dixon at AWS after having a bad experience with our estate agents recommended mortgage advisor of trying to include hidden fees.

From the first call with Joshua we were put completely at ease and due to us being first time buyers took the time to explain each step and option with us with care and understanding.

When it came time to choose our options Joshua very helpfully laid everything out in a spreadsheet with all different options available to us which made the decision much easier.

Joshua was always more than happy to help us even when we then changed the house we were purchasing and he had to research all over again!
