Buying my first home can be quite nerve racking especially due to the size of the decision but I can’t express enough my appreciation for having AWS by my side. I recently worked with Ravi and had an excellent experience, I would highly recommended and would 100% use again.

Had a terrible time with AWS. During my limited time with them, it started great; they provided me with what I thought was great advice. However, once I started giving them more information to get the best possible offer with their selection of lenders, it seemed like I was off from the value I wanted to borrow. They spoke to the estate agent, disclosing this before telling me. This was a complete breach of trust and caused even more panic, which led to the estate agent calling me late in the evening, telling me I couldn't afford the property, which was incorrect. In the end, I chose another broker that respected my privacy and did not hand out my information without my consent.

This is the third time now I’ve used Fred to arrange my mortgage and I must say the experience has been exceptional once again. Fred’s knowledge, attention to detail and customer service has been 2nd to none.
