I purchased a pair of Mancini shoes which I only wear when I go see clients, so I have worn then probably 20 times in all the six month that I had them Now the side stiching has pulled out completely. I took pictures but there does not seem to be a process to upload them here to see. Pretty much just fell apart.
I BOUGHT BOOTS FROM THEM AND DIDINT RECIEVE THEM. I EMAILED CALLED ETC BUT STILL DIDNT GET MY BOOTS. I SENT THE PURCHACE COPY AND MANY MORE EMAILS AND AGAIN DIDNT RECIEVE MY BOOTS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF £105 AND NO CONTACT. THEY EVENTUALLY SEND ME BOOTS BUT THE WRONG ONES AND NOW I CANT RETURN THEM.
THIS IS ONGOING.

I designed my sneakers on May 17 while on vacation in Florence. They arrived today, May 28. They are very comfortable and beautiful.

Abslute scammer. Don't go there.
It's so obvious, look at their mailadresses, their reviews: 1/2 of it true Zeros, other half 5 Stars by fakies.
They just dont deliver, never answer mails and bet on making you tired.
It‘s a scam. Money gone and shoes have never arrived.
After I posted my bad experience I received this email within hours after waiting for weeks to get a reply about the whereabouts of my Order. (sorry, it‘s in German):
„Guten Morgen, lieber Kunde, wir entschuldigen uns vielmals für die Verzögerung und verstehen die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir haben den Versand für morgen geplant. Die Behauptung, es handele sich um Betrug, erscheint uns jedoch unangebracht. Sollten Sie kein Interesse mehr haben, verstehen wir das. Wir sind uns unseres Fehlers bewusst und erstatten Ihnen den Betrag zurück, sobald die verleumderische Bewertung gelöscht ist.“
It‘s clearly a case for the Police.
Thur shoes is so uncomfortable and it so painful to wear it and it cost ridiculous price .

Update to a previous review: after multiple promises (again), this time also via the app after I posted the review, I still haven’t seen the money that was promised to me. In fact, when I send them a message, I no longer get any reply. Disappointing!
They come up with solutions that you mostly have to suggest yourself, and then they don’t follow through on them. My advice: be mindful of your rights and obligations.
I wrote several emails and received the shoes after 1.5 months. The shoes have a completely different colour than in the photos and look extremely cheap. I definitely wouldn't recommend you

The customer service on WhatsApp gave me hope with sporadic answers. But always wrote back.

Delivery time exceeded. I sent an email, no one replied. I wrote on their whatsapp business, a day later a lady replied with an unbothered voice message saying that they will be late with the delivery. Actually over 10 days late. No emails, no tracking number.
Very poor client service, I haven’t yet received the boots to be able to speak about their quality.
I ordered boots from this shop two months ago and still haven’t received them. They created a UPS label to pretend the order had been shipped, but they never actually handed a package to UPS. On WhatsApp they give short, unhelpful replies, never apologize for delays, and every time they come up with a different excuse. First it was “production delays,” then suddenly my “package was lost” even though it was never sent out in the first place.
I opened a dispute on PayPal, yet they still refuse to give me my money back. Worst of all, they lie to my face and scam me while sending little heart emojis as if it’s all a joke. These people are disgusting scammers.

It's true that we've experienced some delays, but we're approaching holidays and there are a lot of people, and the delivery times can be extended. You can see that we can't handle the courier delays with the package in transit. We're very sorry for what happened and hope to see you change your mind in the future. ❤️
3 months ago i ordered 2 pair of boots! They have sent via Ups and never arrived!! I m still wainting for the refund since than. Mancini also lied to me repetetly they would send also a gratis pair as excuse for the huge wainting time but nothing!.i do not recomand!
