My tutor Emma was very supportive throughout my journey earning my L3 business admin qualification. Emma provided regular support and feedback, answering any questions I had and making sure I understood my assignments. She ensured I reached my full potential, achieving a Distinction in my EPA.

I recently completed my Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and achieved a Pass, and I couldn't have done it without the support of my trainer Emma. Her Guidance, encouragement and clear explanations made the entire journey a lot easier. She was always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. I joined an apprenticeship back in April 2024 and after a little dip of changing tutors at the start once I was being tutored by Martin Sharpe, I was given the support and guidance to complete my qualification. The personal support I was given helped me achieve not only passing but gaining a double distinction in my EPA which would not have been possible without the support from my tutor

I undertook Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship and managed to achieve a distinction. I want to say a special thank you to Emma Smith for being the most supportive and encouraging coach throughout the whole learning and EPA period. As a coach, Emma provided me with sufficient resources throughout my development progress and guided me to the right direction through thorough feedback sessions, mock trials and interactive practices. Dawn was my coach throughout my apprenticeship and i feel without her i wouldnt have achieved a distinction, always happy to help and explain and helped me to really understand my learning.

Another year working with Babington and Geoff Sexton, can't thank Geoff enough for all of his support, guidance and patience with my apprentices. Geoff has been a consistent support and I will miss seeing him weekly when my team all pass with distinctions!

My trainer Geoff helped me achieve a distinction today and I am over the moon, the help I have received from my trainer and Babington has helped me push towards my ultimate goals and I cant be more chuffed. I have gotten the best advice from my trainer and they have pushed me enough to ensure I pass my End point assessment. My tutor Emma was incredible supportive through my entire apprenticeship course. Everything was laid out very Cleary and it was only thanks to her guidance that I was able to achieve the mark I did. I am very thankful. The Business Admin Course help develop my skills an amazing amount, and have given me a great start working for a business.

Jordan was a great tutor - very approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He consistently made himself available for meetings whenever I needed support, and his guidance made a real difference to my learning experience.

He created a positive and supportive environment that helped me feel more confident and motivated during the course. His ability to explain the content clearly and relate it to real-world situations was particularly helpful.

Even to this day the experience I had working as a Skills Coach for Babington has traumitised me. I cant even work for another employer because of the way I was treated. One minute I was told we will support you for something, the next minute I was pulled in over my performance figures when previously they were ok. I think we were just treated like a number rather than a human being. I was made to feel like I was the problem, because management didnt want to look at themselves. I see they are continually looking for Skills Coaches, (high turnover) what a shock. I think I gave it my very best shot, but it was never good enough due to the sheer amount of coaches leaving all the time.

Breakfast good value but needs to be served on a hot plate.
