I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support and guidance , that has been provided to me in preparing for my Math's and English exams, the before, during and preparation.
Thanks to Emma's invaluable assistance, I am thrilled to hear that I have successfully now passed my math's exam. A lot of hard work has gone into this from all sides.
The team I have worked with, Emma, Mark and Suzy, their unwavering support, encouragement, and expertise have been instrumental in helping me navigate through the challenges and obstacles I faced during this journey.

Business Administration level 3
Joined Babington through an apprenticeship whilst working for a Government arms length body.
The on boarding process was quite rocky to start with, was waiting a while to hear from the provider. During the course I changed to a different coach by the name of Emma Smith. She is very positive and approachable, and helped coached me through assignments, encouraging me to think and approach questions differently. Also prepared and gave me a good understanding of what to expect when going through EPA. A lot of the work is self learning, and taking ownership of your self development and learning needs. Overall is was a good experience with a lot of pressure to succeed.

Really good experience
My skills coach Donna Rahelly was an integral part of my success in this apprenticeship. I was well supported from beginning to end and knew she was just an email away if I ever needed help with anything.
Donna allowed me to catch up on my assignments whenever I fell behind or got caught up with my 9-5 and this took the pressure away and allowed me to fully focus and prioritise on my work tasks and have the protected time to submit my assignments a few days after the due date.
From the moment I met with Donna over a support call she always saw my potential and believed in me and consistently affirmed me. She believed I would get a distinction before I did!
I felt adequately prepared for my EPA because of Donna and the support sessions and learning material that she provided me with.
Overall, the learning platform BUD and the virtual classrooms held throughout the duration of my apprenticeship were beneficial. It was in the virtual classrooms where I felt supported by seeing and talking to other apprentices just like myself who were going through the same journey as me.
Business Admin Apprenticeship
My skills coach, Lisa, was so supportive throughout the entire process. I completed the business administration L3 apprenticeship, which was a lot of work - I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and support I'd received from Lisa, especially when submissions were late due to heavy workloads/illness. I've achieved so much more than I thought I could through this experience, I'm very thankful to Babington and Lisa.

I am currently completing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
I am nearly at the finish line and I just wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone at Babington for providing the learning platform and services that they do because there's not been a single day I have been on this journey to achieving my qualification, where I haven't expanded my existing skills or picked up a lot of new knowledge along the way! Maths was my nemesis

Level 3 - Business Admin Apprentiship
I have just completed my Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship. I had a few complications at the start of my apprenticeship due to the placement. I was apprehensive I would fall behind but my tutor Lisa has been fantastic from the very start.
Lisa has been more than amazing during this process. She is so helpful & always goes above & beyond no matter what problem I have even if it is not college-related.
I have completed this apprenticeship with a distinction & it wouldn't have been possible without her. Thank you :)
Level 3 Customer service specialist
Im currently enrolled in the level 3 customer service specialist apprenticeship. Emma my skills coach is amazing, she always provides great feedback on how to bring work up to distinction level. Its a shame that my company has struggled to set up a teams link with Babington but Emma is always fast to respond to my emails. The virtual workshops we attend need looking at as I don't think they are engaging enough. Other than that my experience has been very positive.
A rocky start but overall good experience
I started learning with Babington in September 2022 and although I had a pretty uncertain start with my previous skills coach leaving and not being assigned a new skills coach for a few weeks later, I have found my new skills coach very useful and supportive. Although assignments at the beginning were taking some time to be marked, this soon changed when the staffing issues were resolved. My skills coach is willing to help wherever possible and she is always available when I have requested last minute calls/meetings. She is experienced in all subject areas and gives examples based on her own work and experience.
Excellent Support
I had been out of education for several years before starting my Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship with CIPD included. It took me a while to adjust getting into routine of studying again. Babington supported me greatly with this. The course I did was completely remote, with regular catch ups with my skills coach who helped me with deadlines, learning tips as per my learning style. I enjoyed my course and found that it helped me progress within my role in HR. I found doing the CIPD alongside the apprenticeship was a great way to gain my CIPD qualification. The apprenticeship learning fit really well with the assignments. I would recommend Babington to anybody looking to do an apprenticeship and would look at studying through them again for any future qualifications.
Great support from coach
I have found my coach extremely personable, supportive and experienced in all subject areas. She has been willing to help at the drop of a hat to share her broad knowledge, or just give moral support. The BUD system is straight forward and easy to use. I do think that Babington could benefit from more Workshops giving students from different sectors the opportunity to share experiences.
Great experience
The ILM 3 provided me the knowledge and skills I had to demonstrate as a manager. I would recommend the course to anyone willing to better themselves professionally. A fantastic support was also provided - great tutors dedicated to your goals and objectives.

Amazing Support
The support from my coach was second to none. He was understanding and supportive and helped me manage my apprenticeship with my current job. I achieved a distinction and this was down to the support from my coach!
Amazing experience
I think Babington have provided me with immense knowledge and have increased my skillset and job opportunities. My skills coach, Lucy, was beyond amazing. There are usually teachers or mentors that will live in your mind forever because of their positivity and ability to teach, and Lucy is one of them. I was constantly provided with help, learning resources, and I was constantly provided with positivity about my work and my abilities. This has been beyond beneficial and actually helped me obtain a promotion. Amazing experience and amazing skills coach - overall a positive experience and would recommend.
