Emma has been amazing throughout our purchase. Unfortunately we had a fault with a pram that occurred after a couple of weeks of use. Emma was amazing in organising replacements and going the extra mile to make sure it was shipped to us quickly.

I recently had an issue with a part of my Silver Cross and had been putting off trying to get this replaced because it always feels like hurdle after hurdle and being a tired Mum this just isn’t what I needed. My email landed with Emma and within less than a week she had ordered me a new part and it was delivered to my door ready to use. Emma, you are a star ⭐

Great service both in store and when ordering online. We visited a shop to have a look at prams and they were very friendly and helpful, took time to show lots of different options and were not pushing to buy there and then. When we later ordered online, there was a delay with delivery due to delivery company issues but upon contacting store online and via email, they were really helpful and took time to keep checking for delivery updates ( there was a few parcels from one order) and was always very responsive, reassuring and helpful.

This is a baby goods company which I highly recommend they are very welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of baby care xx

Purchased a narrow baby-gate that lasted just about 1 year of a toddler hanging off it (when it wasn't locked) before a hinge broke.

Contacted the company about a spare and got a prompt response and a cheap replacement part sent within two days.

With no small thanks to my point of contact Emma, the gate is back in working order. :)

I had an excellent experience with Oliver's baby care as I had initially bought a travel system from another company over two months prior that still had not arrived and so I cancelled that order. I then called Oliver's baby care to see if they had the product in stock and they did and I was able to purchase the travel system that day with a same day dispatch. I spoke with both Abi and Emma over the phone and they were both really helpful and polite and reassured me that I would receive my product promptly after placing the order. I would definitely recommend this company as I was able to order over the phone, check my order over email and then purchase online, it was a really straight forward process.

The quality of the products were great - faultless. I inadvertently, ordered the wrong sized baby gate and the exchange process was superb.

We cannot fault the service we have received so far. We found the pram bundle (Maxi Cosi Fame) we wanted at a great price, we ordered late on a Friday evening and everything was delivered the following Monday. Much quicker than we were expecting!

Everything came neatly packaged and we received everything in one go.

I had a couple of queries about our pram after opening everything up and I sent an email to customer service and received a reply within 30 minutes

From email and phone conversations before sale, going in the shop to purchase the car seats, to after sale advice and support, Oliver’s have been amazing.
The ladies in the shop were lovely but the office staff went above and beyond to help us.
I always want to shop locally and I am so pleased we did. We are very lucky to have them on our doorstep.

Received a baby monitor which developed a fault after 3-4 months of use. After numerous emails I’ve had no response. I’ve used their main email address, online form and even sent a message to their Instagram account. When I called they told me to email…
Now it has fallen outside their warranty period. Once you receive your item, there seems to be no interest from the company. Very unfair treatment, given the nature of their items it’s terrible.

We purchased a Callowesse Kuvasz Narrow Child & Pet Pressure Fit Safety Gate from Babysecurity but unfortunately the latch did not work correctly. I’ve have tried making contact with them a few times but just get ignored. Really wish I had of taken note of the other reviews in here and no purchased with this company.
So overall ok unless you have a problem….
