The instructions and diagrams were clear, easy to follow, and really helpful. The cover itself is excellent quality, very well made, and fits perfectly. It feels durable and built to last. I’m genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for custom covers.

Just bought the 750D cover for my North West (Costco) Fire Pit and I am delighted with it. Strong fabric, well constructed, fits perfectly, reasonably priced and delivered on time. What's not to like?

I'm super happy with my TV case from Bags and Covers Direct. Everything was perfect, from the ordering and communication to delivery (and anyone who will deliver to the Isle of Wight without quibbles or ridiculous extra postage charges is a star in my book!). I hadn't realised the bags were actually made to measure and was surprised when asked for the exact measurements of the TV and stand. The quality of the product is outstanding and it fits perfectly. I will definitely use this company again.

I’ve purchased a made to measure trailer cover, after a couple of weeks I realised I made a mistake with the measurements and phoned the company, I was reassured that it was possible to change the measurements and the lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The cover for my trailer fits perfectly and the zips I asked for are good solid quality, will definitely buy again from this company.

Ordered made to measure covers for two garden tables and for chairs. They look smart and very well made, and fit perfectly. Bags and Covers took great care to check and make sure they had the order materials and dimensions correct before fabricating. Friendly and helpful communication.

It took about 7 weeks for the covers to be made (due to high demand coinciding with staff illness) but I was warned of this up front and they have kept me updated right through to delivery.

Excellent quality covers that lasted for years. Ordered our second set but got the measurements wrong. The customer service was brilliant and they altered the incorrect cover in just a day. Great communication and generally a fantastic company to deal with.

This company, not only supplied exactly what we needed, but did it efficiently and on time.
Their helpful measurement hints enabled us to obtain good quality covers that fit well and, just as important, look great. It is worth having the better material.

I have had the opportunity to use this company on many occasions previously and I have always been absolutely delighted with the bespoke covers that have been made for me. I am heading back off to Mexico again later this year and I needed a bespoke carry bag suitable to fit 4 travel fishing rods. One quick phone call to advise of the dimensions and less than 10 days later my rod bag arrived, perfect size, excellent quality with a really robust carry strap , it's just a shame that I have to wait another 3 months before I get to use it.

I recently ordered a made to measure cover for a patio sofa set. The cover arrived and was I was very happy with the quality but unfortunately I realised that I had mis-measured the sofa! I contacted the company and they could not have been more helpful. I returned the cover for an alteration which was carried out quickly and at nominal cost.

Good after sales service is rare these days - I highly recommend this company

Had a bag made that I could slip over a large tabletop tv that we keep in our summerhouse. It’s super thick and will keep the tv warm and moisture free throughout the winter months. Communication with the company was fantastic as what I was looking to use the bag for was not the usual…so we agreed that the drawstring was not required, as the tv will not be moved. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic company. I emailed them after ordering bespoke bags, to ask if the order could possibly be rushed through, and they said they could offer an express option for a small fee, which I agreed to. The bags arrived yesterday and they are AMAZING! So sturdy and well-made, and overall just perfect to the dimensions I specified. I just know when other musicians see them they’re gonna be so jealous! Thank you so much. Would recommend to anyone.
