Great British Manufactured Product!
I initially bought a trailer cover from them, and I felt it was a bit expensive, until it arrived and I realised how well made it was. So then, needing some garden furniture covers for the winter, I ordered again, and am absolutely delighted with the help on sizing, and the quality of the finished products.
I haven't had them long, so can't comment yet on durability, but they look like they will last far longer than any cheap foreign made stuff I have bought before.

The cover is all that I could wish for. I bought it in November 2021 to carry our two eBikes and folded dog trailer behind our campervan, and have since travelled with them through Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium and Germany, a total of about 6 months travelling over 15k kilometers. The covers are hard-wearing and still look like new, without holes from handlebars or break levers!

Can't recommend highly enough, the bike rack cover I purchased is fantastic. I've also never had after care service as good as "Bags and Covers". I purchased a Bike rack cover over 12 months ago which I damaged by fitting incorrectly on a long journey. I reached out to "Bags and Covers" for some advice on how to repair. They asked me to return it and they carried out the repair for me for "free" and to a much higher standard than I would ever be able to achieve. On top of that the cover was returned to me in less than a week. Special thanks to Karen who organised all of this.

This is an excellent product. Our first time to get a made to measure cover and we were not disappointed. The fit is excellent , very pleased with the quality of the material used, we will definitely get our other garden furniture fitted next year. Thank you.

Totally different experience to the other reviews. Disappointing quality control and returns policy.

Ordered three bags. TV bag arrived with interior seam not attached - no attempt to stitch it and clearly zero quality control as it’s instantly obvious.

Makes me doubt the longevity of the other bags, but when you read their returns policy they only give 7 days to return and deduct the postage. If you work, 7 days is completely unrealistic as I’m sure they know.

I guess I’ll just use them until they fall apart (which is immediately for the TV case). It’s just too difficult to deal with their returns policy.

Hugely disappointing that a UK manufactured product is so poor. Next time I’ll no doubt have to pay more for a foreign made product but with a professional distribution and returns process.

My made to measure log store cover arrived yesterday. Beautifully sewn in the heavier grade burgundy material with good quality camping-style zip fasteners and straps. It fits perfectly, looks great and will keep the logs dry. Expectations fully met so I'll be happy to place orders for other bags and covers in due course. Great service; thank you all.

Bags and Covers Direct were incredibly helpful in supplying covers for audio visual equipment including some custom covers for a premier league football clubs perimeter LED.

I rate this company very highly as I have earlier today taken delivery of three parasol and four patio chair covers, all different and individually made to measure. The quality of the material and the workmanship is top quality and all fit perfectly. There was a slight delay in delivery dates but they kept us fully informed.

Had a generator tent for 8 years which has stood everything the Scottish Highlands weather can throw at it, is still fully waterproof and rock solid. Great quality product. Worth every penny.

I was after a carrying bag for a folding bicycle and they made me one in a bespoke size and specification for less than I would expect to pay for an off the peg made in China and delivered it in a timely manner.

I don’t normally bother writing reviews but credit where credits due. This company deserves a great review. They have gone out of their way to help me with a full set of furniture covers (8 in all, including a large daybed) - where I have made mistakes with measurements they have made alterations at an extremely reasonable price and got them back to me quickly. Excellent product, great material, great workmanship and fitted perfectly! Could not recommend highly enough!

I ordered a replacement tent bag as tent manufacturers seem to make bags that you need origami skills to get the tent back into. The bag is a really well made and waterproof product. I've ordered two more as bags for general travel and for holding gear. Great. Thank you.
