Initial made-to-measure order which too 4 weeks to arrive was not as ordered. Company arranged to have item collected and re-made. This only took a week and new item fits perfectly. Very impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship.
I have already ordered another made-to-measure item.

I ordered replacement made to measure furniture covers, it was very simple and clear to order the covers I needed, the quality of the covers feel amazing compared to the original from the company that lasted about 6 months although they have just turned up so will have to see after the winter, the only downside is communication could be a bit better as my email said 3-4 weeks and had to phone up to find out more as was in week 5, order was being made that day and was dispatched next day and delivery was a day later. would definitely use again.

I purchased my table protector last winter, but thought that I would wait for the spring removal before giving a review, to make sure that there had been no leaks, etc. The cover is now off and my table is just as perfect as it was when I last saw it 6 months ago.
The cover that I ordered was made to measure. I took the measurements exactly as instructed on the website and it fitted like a glove. It’s beautifully made and totally waterproof.
Customer service was excellent. I knew that made to measure items would take up to 6 weeks to arrive, and rang up during week 5 to ask if they could delay our order as we were going on holiday the following week, and we didn’t want it to be delivered while we were away. Spoke to an incredibly helpful woman who said that, instead of delaying it, she would actually get the order expedited, which meant that it would be made the next day, and dispatched the day after that. Sure enough I received the cover 3 days later, which was in plenty of time before we went away.
A brilliant company and a brilliant product. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

We were struggling to find what we needed until we found Bags and Covers Direct. Karen was extremely helpful and the product was made and delivered extremely quickly. The quality of the cover is top quality and exactly what I needed. When I emailed Karen with a follow up she was very quick to respond and resolve any issue.

Excellent quality, service and delivery time. I’ve made the mistake of buying many ‘bargain’ covers for my garden table and chairs over the years but it has been so worth while spending a bit more and getting a custom made one for my set. Fits perfectly, looks smart, love the navy colour - a change from all the usual browns, greens etc! Like the storage bag for the cover when not in use - very handy. Delivery was excellent. Bags and Covers kept me advised during manufacturing process and arrived within 3 weeks - far sooner than expected. Very impressed with my whole experience and more than happy to recommend this company.

From my queries on the phone, to discussing measurements, photos, the simplicity of ordering, and now receiving such superbly made covers Bags and Covers deserve every 5 stars they get. It is so good that we still make something in the UK.

I ordered a bespoke pub table top cover in October 2022. I was kept up to date of my order's progress at all times by the lovely team at Bags and Covers. Cover was available from stock. Arrived very quickly. Was more than I had planned on spending. The quality is superb. This is made with really good material. Carefully and accurately sewn with quality long lasting zips. Very, very pleased with the purchase. Well worth investing the relatively small amount of difference compared with 'apparently' similar products. There is no comparison - These will out-last and out-perform 'them' many times over. Much cheaper (and more reliable) in the long term.

After shopping around a while for two covers for my exercise equipment as I moving it outside, I settled on these guys. They were the cheapest I could find, by miles, and the quality of what I received was absolutely brilliant. Exactly to my specifications and has kept my gear dry through the winter weather so far. Very pleased with the bag for my 28” flat screen tv, the bag fits and works perfectly and feels solid and secure, it was also far cheaper than any competitors 👍🏻

Excellent product and service.

Easy to order & fabulous communication on two levels firstly when making suggestions as to the design of the cover for our water feature. Secondly when they were impacted by late delivery of the fabric we’d chosen from their supplier. They were honest about timescales & suggested amendments that would speed things up if we wanted to. We didn’t. The quality and workmanship is excellent well worth what they charge! Highly recommend!
