Overall very pleased. Meals arrive in good shape and in good time. Customer service has been great. Only negative is some meals are a little bland. Others are fine.

Greatest service for people like me who work long hours, hate to cook and want to eat healthy calorie controlled high protein delicious meals. I only wish there was a genie in the box that would organize my freezer with every shipment! As a bonus, I have lost 15 lbs since I started buying bistromd meals

My meals arrive frozen completely in sustainable packaging as much as possible. The quality and flavor has been excellent! The website options are organized by dietary restrictions. Great tasting food, short heating time. Really excellent for a person that works long hours. I strongly recommend Balance by BistroMD.

The food is delicious. Ordering is quick and easy and delivery is prompt. I live alone now and Balance allows me to eat healthy meals, ready in minutes.

Most of the beef entrees that I tasted were a 4 or 5 but the fish tend to be dry in the fish entrees.

MOST FOODS WERE GOOD, ONE OR TWO HAD VIRTUALLY NO TASTE AS IF THEY SKIPPED THE SPICES.

Sometimes side vegetables are over spiced with dried herbs that remain dry. Not enough variety in the meals and missing some good basics. when you try to go to too exotic not everyone likes those unfamiliar flavors.

Balance by bistroMD was SUPER easy to work with! The food was way better than I had even expected, arrived very promptly, and made eating healthy an easy activity.

If you are looking for tasty food in the correct portion sizes to help you lose weight consider bistroMD. I would highly recommend the meals but not the snacks. You can eat healthier better tasting snacks on your own you just need to be mo soul of portion size.

Love most everything I have gotten, especially like breakfast. Price is right. Being gluten free this is so convenient and tasty.

I love Bistro MD. The food is amazing and healthy. It makes me feel good to eat so many veggies and lean protein and not miss any flavor. Bistro MD's convenience has made my life easier too. I have an 8 month old at home and finding time to plan and shop and cook healthy meals doesn't happen. My husband and I are losing weight and feeling good while saving time.

What I like most about this food is that the portions are big. You are definitely full after a meal and don't feel deprived. You have to try them all then pick what you like and reorder. There are certain meals I love so I reorder them, some I don't like that much so I don't reorder. Customer service is excellent.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the meals I have ordered from Bistro M.D.
I have recommended this service to (2) friends of mine already in
Houston, TX and Victorville, Ca. Hopefully, they will try it. The Bistro
service, and customer response is excellent. However, it is summer and I am doing short travels. Will start back with my program again at the end of August 2017. Thanks for allowing me to participate in your survey.
