There is a large, delicious, healthy menu to choose from. My only wish is for more veggies. Balance Bistro gives me the flexibility to order as many, or as few items as I need. Knowledgeable & polite customer service. Complete nutritional information on website. The food is packaged carefully, preserved with dry ice, & delivered on time. Great for healthy weight loss, or handy when you can't, or don't want to cook.

While the food itself is a better quality than most diets I have tried, every time I get a shipment the "dry ice" is smashed all over the product and as you know it stings and burns your skin. And this time it splashed up and went in my eye. Had to go to the Urgent Care!!!

Tasty meals with quick delivery. Easy to order online. My elderly mother really enjoyed the food.

Balance by bistromd is amazing! The food is in no way bland or ordinary. The meals are really extraordinary. The recipes are inventive and flavorful. I have tried a couple other meal delivery services and they don't hold a candle to Bistromd.
These are the kinds of 'comfort food' meals that you wouldn't expect to enjoy while on a diet....Beef Stroganoff, Pork Marsala, Turkey Spinach Meatloaf with Onion Gravy, and Sloppy Joe's.
If you are a seafood lover, their Salmon dishes are to die for...Salmon with Creamy Pesto, Salmon Provençal, and Salmon with Lemon Dijon are all really great.
If you like exotic and spicy, they have you covered..Try the Thai Coconut Chicken, Pork Vindaloo or Chicken Tikka.
The customer service goes above and beyond to make their customers happy and they are a pure delight to speak to. All in all, a wonderful company with a terrific product!

I love this program, my only reservations with it is that it should offer all the same products that the regular BistroMD programs offer. For example a customized treats menu program, instead of bulk buying, and not having bars or shakes available as a choice. Also, not having the ability to save my orders from week to week is also something I would like changed. But this is a very workable program with enough variety to make most people happy!

Balance by bistroMD makes my life so much easier! I follow the menopause meal plan, and I feel great. I run a dance studio and I don't cook, so Balance ensures that I eat well and on a regular basis. Not only that, the food actually tastes great! I've tried other places, and while they may be healthy, they taste like I'm eating grass and twigs. Nasty.
I tell everyone I know, that is looking for a better way to eat, to try Balance by bistroMD.

I love Bistro MD and tell whoever I can about it. Not only is the customer service amazing and the support opportunities varied and well structured - the food is really very good. The main thing, though is that this finally worked for me. I have lost about 40 pounds and am doing really well maintaining that loss. I have continued on Bistro Balance and look forward to losing even more and reaching my goal. Not only did the program help with balancing my calorie/salt and sugar intake - by plating all the entrees, I learned over time what my plate should look like - whether Bistro entrees or home cooked meals. So now I am very aware of what I cook or order out, and the right choices come naturally. Thank you Bistro MD!

I have had nothing but a great experience with Balance by bistroMD!! The people and the food are great. I'm 6'4" and was over 300 lbs and with the meals I get from Balance and monitoring my calories I've lost 25 lbs. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to lose weight or start a more healthier life style. 5 stars all around!!!
