Unprofessional, lazy and don’t give a dam about my order.
My son came to collect my helium from you and you sent it out to me without a helium balloon fitment ......
When l called to ask why haven’t l received this item at the pick up point l was told by head office you had one in your Plymouth depot , and by you ....you didn’t .!
I was then told on a Friday afternoon to nip out to Tavistock or Totnes to pick one up from your other depots , are you completely mad....have you lost the plot?
It was 24 hours before a big event ,l was up to my eyeballs in fairy costumes and the two towns are a least a two hour round trip away from my home ...if l actually had that amount of free time as l had been working all night getting ready for the event and had a disabled husband plus a son with rate heart problems to cope with as well....... for God’s sake have some sense.
l ordered my helium a week before l needed it but decided to leave it with you until 24 hours before the event, l did not want my disabled husband tripping or knocking into the canister.
Part of your job is to make sure my order is complete and ready for collection on the day l specified .You did not do this .
If you had done your job my order would have been complete and you would not have come up with the stupid ‘ drive for 2 hours down single lanes in the kids school holidays with roads full of grockles ‘
Unfortunately lm left with a bitter taste from my experience with your company and l find you ......unprofessional, lazy and uncaring.
I spoke to one of your competitors who immediately helped me out lending me the fitment l needed instantly.
I will never recommend you or use you again.

We can see that the cylinder was collected a couple of days later than originally planned; we do ask that customers contact us to rearrange if they are unable to collect on their specified date to ensure that the stock is still reserved for them.
Events such as this are extremely rare but we do recommend collecting orders 2-3 days before an event wherever possible so that we do have the opportunity to resolve any problems which may arise. Unfortunately we only had very limited options to try and find an alternative inflator nozzle for you on a Friday afternoon for an event at the weekend but did make every effort to try and source an alternative for you. We are sorry that the options given were not suitable or convenient for you.

When an order is placed with us we check and reserve the stock with your chosen depot right away. The order is then processed with our suppliers and a unique order reference number is shared with ourselves and the depot.
Please be assured that the order was placed and the stock reserved with our suppliers ready for your collection on 10/05/19. It doesn't look as though we were contacted by yourself or the collection depot to notify us that there were any issues at all as we could have resolved this right away by confirming the supplier's order reference number with the depot over the phone. It is very unfortunate that we were not given the opportunity to resolve this for you although we of course appreciate that there should not have been any issues in the first place.
We have checked with our suppliers who have confirmed that the order has been collected. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help any further with this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Was asked if we need special request not knowing the driver cannot deliver the JUMBO CYLINDER INSIDE the venue. I put a note saying to make sure it's delivered inside but was told driver cannot lose sight of the van. If it's a 76kg tank they expect you to move it yourself once they drop it off outside the venue. How ridiculous is that? USELESS COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. IF WILL JUST BE MORE HUSTLE ESPECIALLY SOMEONE WHO'E ORGANISING A WEDDING. delivery which cannot deliver where it should be? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.!!! Unbelievable service you've got. They don't work with customers but only themselves. They do whatever they THINK is good practice but no it's selfishness. Ridiculous company!. If you deliver the tank outside then you should still take responsibility as I wanted it to be delivered inside and you cannot do this but if something happens to the tank while it's outside then it's my fault when I wanted the tank safe inside the venue to begin with. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
As explained, the driver is unable to lose sight of their vehicle when making their delivery. This is due to health and safety reasons as the vehicle is open-topped and contains various different compressed gases. This is the same with any company who offers helium gas delivery. The driver will always do their best to move the cylinder into a convenient location and assist with moving the cylinder but they do have to abide by their rules and procedures.
We had offered to look at arranging a combination of smaller cylinders to better suit your situation but as you instead decided to cancel we issued an immediate refund for you.
We are sorry that we were unable to find a solution for you on this occasion.

Simple ordering process, few snags quickly sorted.
The online ordering process was very simple, we ordered a selection of balloons with valves/strings along with a bottle of gas for a party. The balloons were delivered really quickly and finding our local depot for the gas supplier was very simple online.
There were a few balloons with leaks/defects but out of a selection of 200+ it was minimal. Also a slight issue on collection of the gas cylinder (something to do with an account not being setup correctly on their system) but this was very quickly resolved by both the gas supplier and the BH telesales team.

Great Company
I used BalloonHelium.co.uk back in July for my party. I was a bit hesitant as I couldn't find many reviews on them at the time. However, they are part of Bonza Balloons and there were mixed reviews on them. Before I ordered, I messaged them and wanted to know where I would be collecting from as the website only gives you an area. They replied back to me with the company. They outsource the helium from other companies and in my case I collected and returned from/to BOC. However going direct to BOC was around £90 more expensive. They did mess up slightly and I also ended up with some patio gas delivered to my house (not sure if this was down to balloonhelium.co.uk or BOC) but it was all sorted quickly.
