BUT AT THE ULSWATER GARAGE THEY HAVE SHUT THE OFFICES THAT WE HAVE GONE TO OVER THE YEARS AND ARE DIRECTED TO THE CAR SHOWROOMS THAT NOW SEEM TO DOUBLE UP FOR THE GAS HIRE
I HAD TO WAIT FOR APPROX 25MINS BECAUSE THE THE PERSON ON DUTY COULD NOT SEE A RECORD OF MY NAME ETC ON THE COMPUTER . SO HE HAD TO PHONE SOMEONE WHO TOLD HIM WHAT TO DO BUT IT STILL DID NOT SHOW MY DETAILS.

IN PAST YEARS THERE HAS BEEN STAFF IN THE OFFICE (NOW CLOSED) WHO HAD NO PROBLEM IN SERVING ME STRAIGHT AWAY.

SO THAT IT IS WHY I WILL ONLY GIVE IT 3 STARS AS I HAD ANOTHER CALL TO MAKE WHICH DID NOT HELP WITH THIS DELAY

I'm very sorry to hear of the problems and inconveniences that you encountered when collecting your cylinder. Many of the depots that we work with are independent agents and as such we unfortunately have no control over their staffing and are not always consulted about changes such as these that are made.

We do strive to give each customer the best possible experience and easiest ordering process as possible and I am sorry that you did not have this with your order. It is difficult to hear that there have been problems for you, but it is important that we are made aware of this so that we can try and rectify any issues.

Going forward, I have added a note on your account to contact the depot prior to your collection date to run through the order details with them to try and ensure this doesn't happen again, should you wish to order with us in the future. If you do have any issues at all whilst at the depot please do ask them to call us and we will do all that we can to ensure a swift resolution.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Delivery was earlier than expected, which was great. Balloons were standard as expected. The only down side was no 5"balloons were a available, so I had to use 10"balloons to do the job of 5"balloons, but otherwise couldn't fault the service or quality at all.
Will definitely be using you again and will recommend you guys to others.

Everything gret with the company.
Only this we took a lot of helllium back.pity we could not have had a little refund. But not companys fault.we should have used it all.
Otherwise great company.would use again.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds for any helium that is left in the cylinder as this is just dispensed by the suppliers and not something that they can make use of or benefit from.
