Lengthy check in process
Lengthy check in process. Weird info about insurance that felt misleading. Car was clunky and sluggish and felt like it was going to break down. We returned it a day early as it didn’t feel safe.

The experience at pick up was great
The experience at pick up was great. We loved the car but unfortunately we had issues with the steering as it lost power steering when we went to Townsville from Cairns. It was a long trip back to Cairns with NRMA involved and having to wait for the car to reset itself. Fortunately the car was replaced when we got back to Cairns and we had no further trouble.

Great car, clean, relatively quick check in and pick up. Drop off easy and quick.
Great experience apart from the hard sell for more insurance at check in. Trying to plant worries in your mind when my travel insurance has the $6000 excess covered. Apart from that the experience was great.

We got a brand-new Kia rental car with 350km on the Glock, the staff is very friendly, helpful and quick.
