To far away from airport they should have a bus out of hours to the airport as Ubers want $50 to get under 2kms to the airport I have hired Ubers from Trinity beach for under $40 wake up Bargain Car Tental management do you want return customers

Great service great little car very well priced and the staff were easy with great sense of humour. The only problem we had was we were supposed to have been given a phone number to ring for the shuttle bus but I blame flight centre for this. Not bargain cars

Car was clean, Cairns airport shuttle was prompt, employees were efficient. My advice to prospective renters: Take pictures of any and all potential flaws on the automobile body. Take a photo no matter how small or how insignificant it might be.

Staff lied to my face about the AirportRentals insurance (RentalCover Full Protection insurance) in order to sell their own $900 excess waiver. This was confirmed by AirportRentals in a little game of “that’s not us, it’s them”. Around and around we go.

We're very sorry that the conversation at the depot was confusing. We are required to inform our customers of any risks they're taking, so regarding the third-party insurance, this product is not related to Bargain Car Rentals, and this is where the confusion lies. It cannot reduce your excess, and if an accident occurs, all excesses and fees are payable to us.
You can then file a claim to be reimbursed through the third-party insurance provider. We do then have to advise you of the conditions of the basic level of coverage, so you're aware of what you could be paying to be reimbursed at a later date.
When our staff advise that you could still be liable to pay the excess, this can often sound like we're claiming you're not covered at all.
