Good service, no hassle
Long cue on arrival. Once at counter, pick up process was quick with Estelle ( we had pre supplied our drivers licences online prior which helped). Shuttle from and to airport efficient. Drop off process was fast.
Car was as described.

The booking process was very good and the car on arrival was very good as were the drop off arrangements. My concerns were the extreme cost of taking out extra insurance. (For 3 weeks the top level insurance would have cost me more than my own car insurance costs in a year. That is ridiculous). Second, It would be much better if the cars were at the airport.

Our direct coverage is very much in line with or cheaper than other vehicle suppliers, so we're sorry you feel we're overcharging.
Additionally, on-airport locations are often in high demand, so to live up to the Bargain in our name, we have to make choices like having off-airport locations. We apologise for the inconvenience.
check in could have been a little quicker
Check in could have been a little quicker, considering I checked in prior. But the shuttle service and check out was fantastic, in and out very quickly.
