Great personal customer service
I ordered some door dampers to stop front doors slamming in the wind. By mistake, I duplicated the order. I sent a message to Barrier and got a call back within an hour, out of normal working hours on a Friday evening to make sure that they understood exactly what I wanted, and they even threw in next day delivery when it was wholly my own error!
The units are excellent, now fitted and do just what I wanted.
Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever had, backed by a high quality product.

the lock fitted perfectly but just one bit of frightening information is that the old key we had with our original lock also fits the new one. Surely if everybody having the same key anyone (a burglar) who sees what make of lock we have can unlock anyone's gate
