Terrible service! I paid a lot extra for 24 hour delivery, for 48 hours later, to be told they didn't even have the part in stock and couldn't get hold of it! Absolute crooks!!
A complete waste of time
Three times they told me that they had posted the spare part I needed for my vacuum cleaner.
It was never posted.
To be fair they have refunded my money.

Same day received an email saying despatched,
Two days later an email saying sorry we can’t help this time you have been refunded,
I contacted to find out why to be told they have no stock,
Two days later refund arrives for the item only not the postage,
I have contacted these crooks 3 times regarding this and have been ignored!!!
Obviously just send out a despatched email as standard without checking if they have stock or have actually despatched!
If you value your money don’t use this poor excuse for a company, you have been warned.
Cheap alternative item delivered
Ordered 4x Russell hobbs steam cleaner mop pads and 1x generic mop pad that doesn't fit has been delivered. Waiting for a response back from them

Needed a Miele Tumble Dryer Thermostat. Miele have stopped selling parts to general Public. Other outlets unable to obtain. Bartyspares gave 100% service and were quick ( 3days ) and a lot cheaper. Very happy .Thank you.

Absolutely shocking to deal with. The goods I ordered never arrived in Ireland & when I contacted Barty the only response I got was that they sent me the Royal Mail tracking number that I already had received when my order was processed. They fully disputed my right to a refund & I had to pursue the refund through the credit card company with supporting documentation etc. Will never purchase anything from them again
Bosch spare parts.
Excellent service, came in less than 24hours. Bosch washing machine brushes fitted. The washing is back on track! Cannot recommend enough. 10/10.
Poor customer service
I paid £8 for special next day delivery (more than the part itself). The part arrived 2 days later and all I got was an apology and they blamed it on Royal Mail industrial action! Why even offer the service if there is the possibility of this occurring. Quite happy to take my money still. I will not be using this company again.
Total waste of time, no stock control
Total waste of time as they have no stock control, so their website is just a catalogue of products they *might* have. It's not until you actually place an order, pay and wait for your order to be processed that they then cancel your order as they have no stock. Despite this, the out of stock items are still available tobuy on their website.

On 4th November I ordered the product above and my order never came. Also Amazon never cared about this and you should never buy anything from this company. I really needed this product and a worker in customer service for Amazon refunded without my request and closed the phone on my face in the middle of my sentence.

Very bad. Please avoid if you value your time and money. It is the 5th day since order made and I'm still waiting for my 24 Royal Mail tracked delivery ( tracking shows that awaiting for package from the sender). I'm seeking for a refund now. No answer from customer support.
Washing Machine Spares…
I purchase a replacement door seal for my hoover washer from this company. Although I ordered the correct item the one that was sent was a totally different part number and fitting. I contacted customer services who told me I had to contact the supplier direct. As I was unable to find out who the supplier was I rang customer services again and was told the operator was unable to help with my enquiry. She did get an engineer to ring me and he told me that the part I had ordered was no longer available and they had sent the replacement issued by the supplier. As this was no good he said I could return the item for a full refund inclusive of postage charges. I did this and a refund was issued but only for the cost of the item not the postage. Despite emailing this company on 2 separate occasions I have had no response to my request for a refund of the postage. I would avoid this company like the plague! Furthermore I contacted another company who told me the part I needed was readily available and that I had been told a complete lie. Do not use this company!!
Horrendous people
Horrendous people. They talk over you, and get all indignant and hang up. When you spend extra for next business day delivery and its not delivered the next business day, they repetitively tell you it was picked up the next business day, so will be deliver after another day.
So "Next Business Day Delivery" actually means "Next Business Day Picked up, and Delivered the day after the Bext Business Day"

I purchased a Paxanpax vacuum cleaner motor for my Miele from these people.
Once fitted the hoover would only work on the 2 lowest power settings, on anything higher it would cut in and out. I have tried twice to contact this company saying I have got an issue with the spare, and have had no reply, looks like a complete waste of £60. As you can imagine I am far from happy.

As already said on the review, avoid this company like the plague. Purchased a part for my dimplex fire from these people on March 8 2021 and it has packed up already ( now October )
All they say is that it has a 90 day money back garantee
It was about 40% cheaper than an original part but obviously not worth it.
Wish I had looked at these reviews before I spent my money.
All they sell is cheap rubbish and don’t want to know afterwards.
