It was a difficult start with three times being let down on delivery then I phoned Customer Services and spoke to a young man called Abdul who was extremely helpful and helped me all the way through keeping in touch texting me ringing me as to when it would be delivered he couldn’t have done more and if it wasn’t for him to be honest, I probably would’ve cancelled but it came and it’s a beautiful item and a big thank you to Abdul what an asset to your company

Honestly, what a breath of fresh air! The world we live in is filled with companies dodging blame, hiding behind terms and conditions and blocking entry via chatbots and automated calls where you need to pass through 4196 questions to speak to a human being.

Not Bathroom Mountain, fantastic experience right through the process, In store, delivery team etc fantastic. Error was actually madeby the team in that we got the wrong facing L-Shape bath. Not once did BM try to avoid resolving, only interested in supporting me in getting this corrected ASAP. (less than 24 hours later the new bath was with me and the old one collected.)

Thank you, honestly, you're in the 1% of companies right now that I would come back to time and time again, refer friends and family etc. Hat tip to you all

I received my bathroom order. a toilet seat was broken. I contacted the bathroom Mountain. The customer service person "Junaid" answered the phone. after sending him a picture of the broken item, he replaced it straight a way. All I would say, I am very pleased with the service I received. The customer service Mr. Junaid handled the replacement of my broken toilet seat quickly and professionally. he was courteous, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. We ordered 2 wash basins and we received excellent customer service which was informative and all our questions were answered fully.
Our sales person was Courtney Jones at the Basildon store and she was highly professional.
We had to change the date of the delivery and this was done seamlessly

Have to commend this company on the delivery I had ordered a 2 column radiators and accessories at 4pm on a Friday and it was delivered at 11am on Saturday! Although we had a little issue on a previous order of vanity units this was resolved very quickly, good quality items all around
