The sales team/ person was knowledgeable but I’d also add did like to add on extras, the items look great but I’ve had a few issues. The shower thermostat was faulty and took three weeks of back and fourth before it was replaced, then the toilet cistern has developed a fault which they are replacing. The issue though is, I can do the work required to replace the items, but if your relying on a tradesperson than it will cost you more.

Came into the shop this morning and Billie served me. She was so lovely and patient with me, managed to order my whole bathroom In 1 hour and getting it delivered the next day is amazing service. Keep up the good work

I’ve used Bathroom Mountain in Basildon numerous times now and each time they have been absolutely fantastic, but I found their after-sales care in particular to be truly outstanding. I contacted them last week regarding my London 6 mm shower cubicle because the builder we chose to carry out the work failed to place the handle caps, leaving the screws exposed. I spoke to Tony at the Basildon branch and asked if these parts could be purchased, and he promised he would look into it and get back to me. He was true to his word and I soon received an email stating that my order would be with me by the following Wednesday. Considering this was the Thursday before Good Friday and we had several days of bank holidays in between, the turnaround was impressive. When I looked closer at the confirmation, I realized Tony had arranged for a whole new handle to be sent to me free of charge, which was honestly incredible as this was through no fault of Bathroom Mountain and was entirely the responsibility of my builder. Overall, I cannot praise them enough as their care and attention to customer satisfaction is second to none. They truly go above and beyond and I would recommend this company every time.

We had a couple of issues with the order but the team were fantastic in getting replacement items sent out.

Saba helped with the issue and sent out replacement item as soon as possible.

The customer service when things don't go to plan is what makes a great company, and I have nothing but compliments for Bathroom Mountain.

I purchased a vanity sink, toilet and accessories last month and had them fitted this week. I bought them from the Basildon branch and dealt with by a chap called Tony. He could not of been more helpful, sourcing products that were on a ‘sale’. The goods arrived within a couple of days, well boxed and packaged.The quality is top class and look amazing. Very competitively priced, having spent a lot of time looking through bathroom shops I reckon I got the lot half price. An excellent service and company that I would highly recommend

The service has been nothing short of fantastic. I had a fault and they immediately fixed the situation and the communication is fantastic
