My Wife and I found the Tec Studio Q 5 Hole Bath Shower Mixer on the Bathroom Store Direct website. We have been searching for weeks trying to find a 5 hole that would match our Bathroom and this tap was perfect! We needed it quickly and paid for a next day delivery. I was a little hesitant to see if we would receive the following day but we received both an email and a text message from their courier, DPD, giving us a one hour window when the delivery would be made. Ordered taps - arrived in 6 days, later than was supposed to. One was damaged, they would not replace but would Send replacement part for me to fix - not good enough, even that didn't arrive when it was supposed to. They stopped returning my calls, I then got Consumer & Trading Standards involved - they didn't' even respond to them. Says a lot about the company, would definitely not recommend to anybody.

Placed the order and the part was there the next day, fast and efficient with a quality product, it just doesn't get any better, A1 First Class.
