Purchased a quad shower cubicle from bathroom store direct at the weekend. We had it instaled yesterday and it looks amazing for the price we paid. High quality and excellent service.

I ordered a tap next day delivery and paid the charge. A shipping email was not sent as it did not arrive the next day. I emailed to cancel it. However, it did arrive. Scratched. I emailed the company but they did not respond. Avoid.

Having paid for next day delivery (on a Sunday) I expected to receive the product on Tuesday. An email enquiry was not answered for almost a day. A phone enquiry resulted in a promise to call back within 15 minutes. The call was never returned. The item was delivered Wednesday.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you are prepared to wait a long time for your item. I ordered a tap on the 15th and told 3-5 days delivery. No email or phone call to say there were any issues, I phoned them on the 21st and they told me that I would get it on the 25th. The 25th has come and gone and still no taps, been e-mailed to say it will now come on the 27th. I will be both surprised and releaved it it does come.

The mixer tap feels good quality, were very simple to fit and work very well. Delivery was within a couple of day from the order date so we are very pleased with all aspects of our purchase.

We ordered the Alpha bathroom suite yesterday, it arrived today and after checking the products thoroughly we are well impressed & the service was perfect, happy happy:)

I ordered a shower from them nearly 3 weeks ago saying delivery in 3-5 days, gave it a week nothing came, emailed no response, rang & rang & eventually got through, Spoke to Damian, he assured me that it would be with me thurs or fri last week, still nothing & now can't get through on the phone!
Obviously haven't got the stock but still selling the shower & taking peoples money.. had previously ordered off them before with no problems so very annoyed as its now holding us up on a job.
Customer services/after care is non existent.

We ordered from Ireland, and it was such a relief to be able to use our Visa Debit Card, as not all UK Companies accept these! Our tap was delivered within days, and we are delighted with the quality of same. Would definitely recommend to our friends, and would purchase again without hesitation.

I have been looking for a freestanding bath tap for a while now and found the best choice and price was at BATHROOM STORE DIRECT, many thanks.

Product out of stock but still took payment. Very poor customer service. No after care, do not care. Do not return calls, poor staff attitude. Customer complaint service is a joke. Still waiting for complaint to be dealt with and offer of goodwill to resolve issue. Would not recommend and will not use again

I ordered a kitchen tap and was surprised by the service, tap was delivered within three days (free postage) and the tap is excellent as per the online description. Highly recommended.

Recentely I purchased several items from Bathroom store direct . They arrived in the allotted time advertised , and I was very pleased with the quality . they had unfortunately dispatched one of the items incorrectly but this was soon rectified with a phone call and the staff I dealt with were apologetic, helpful and polite . I would have no problem purchasing from this company in the future , in fact I have just purchased some more taps before writing this e-mail . Highly recommend them .

My Wife and I have been searching for a mirrored cabinet for our new home and found the Mirror Cabinet 1200mm at Bathroom Store Direct. We were a little hesitant to order this online but decided to placed the order after seeing it is manufactured by Ultra Finishing Limited. Upon delivery, which took just 2 days and on a pallet, we are thrilled at the quality of the cabinet! We would highly recommend Bathroom Store Direct and we will be using them again
