I ordered a bath/shower combination tap.Paid next day delivery. Had a phone call, out of stock, Chose an alternative, and received the wrong tap. I had to E-mail a photo of what I received to confirm they sent the wrong one. Cancelled my order after eight days, couldn't wait any longer, my bathroom was in bits and i had guests due to arrive for the Easter weekend.Ended up with a mad dash to B & Q. Wish I'd done it in the first place.However, my many phone calls were dealt with sympathetically, but that was no recompense for the service I received. I do hope that my experience was an exception to the norm, but I will never buy from this site again

Love the poduct, it is a substantial piece of kit and came with all the fittings. Had a slight problem with the delivery but a call to customer service sorted that out and then it was received wihin a couple of days.

I paid for Saturday delivery costing £15 extra but when Saturday arrived only half of my order did. No acknowledgement for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointed with the customer service. When the product did finally arrive it was without washers so an additional trip to the local DIY store was needed before fitting the product.

Tap arrived today, so really fast delivery. They are excellent quality, and I have already fitted them which was really easy. Thank-you bathroom direct for great service.

I got a bit flustered while trying to find a description of what I was ordering on my phone before checking out, but was reasured by your emplyee that it would all arrive within 4/5 working days my 2 pairs of basin taps ! Which I await Thursday Friday. Thanks for all your help. Dougie Morris
