Bathroom Store Direct 

I think for the money this tap looks just the ticket. My plumber has not fitted it yet, so I can not give an opinion, so I will have to reserve my judgment for now

I ordered a new kitchen tap from this company. To be fair the ordering process was easy and I received my order within a few days. However, the tap appears to be faulty and is continuously dripping. This was only established after I had paid a plumber £50.00 to fit the new tap. I have at this stage, e-mailed Bathroom Store Direct twice with videos of the dripping tap and invoice of the fitting. I have had no acknowledgements of either of these e-mails. I have also called and left messages as you get an automated message saying that Customer Service is not available, however again no one has contacted me. I did manage to speak with someone last week and they assured me that my query was being dealt with but almost 2 weeks later I am still waiting. As noted, this is despite sending follow up e-mails. I think it is absolutely appalling that no one has even acknowledged my e-mails or made any attempts to try and resolve the situation. I will definitely not be using Bathroom Store Direct in the future and will not be recommending them to friends or family either!

Telephoned for advice, made a choice & goods delivered as ordered & on schedule.
Knowledgable & courteous staff. Very competitive pricing, quality products & great customer service.
About as easy as it gets!

The tap I ordered was out of stock. I received an email same day as order to inform me that it could take 10days or I could change the order to another tap, that they receommended for no extra cost.
No brainer!. Tap arrived next day.

Bathroom Store Direct advertised a Mayfair Taps washbasin 3 hole mixer. We bought two. Unfortunately the dimensions of the items delivered was completely different from the engineering drawing published on the website - apparently a failure of Mayfair to update the drawing for a changed product. Trying to arrange DPD to collect the incorrect item has been a nightmare and still hasn't happened. My refund awaits this collection of course so I am not happy!

I ordered 2 items, one arrived, but took over a week, (3 days later than their longest allowance) Difficult to get hold of,promised delivery of missing part since, but nothing to date ( a month ago) now seem to be doing there best to dodge out of it.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. It was as simple as that and at a highly competitive price.

You Have a very good choice of stock to suite every taste.the service is easy to use .there is all the choice of delivery and excellent service.

Their website is easy to use with plenty of options at very good prices. The product arrived in just a couple of days. Very impressed considering we took advantage of free delivery.
