Great friendly service and emailed straight away with post notice and invoice. Waiting for taps to arrive hopefully the quality will be as good as the service.

I ordered a pair of hand washbasin taps from Bathrooms Direct. I paid via c.c. and on receipt of the package I checked the taps and enclosed invoice. The invoice inside the package was addressed to me but was from a totally different supplier (a so called sister company). I noticed the invoice enclosed with the goods was at a significantly lower cost than the price I had actually pre-paid to Bathrooms Direct There was a huge mark-up by Bathrooms Direct.

Found the product I needed, purchased it with ease, delivered in a couple of days, happy with the quality of the item, happy shopper. :-)

Amazing service placed order on Thursday for a bathroom shower mixer unit it arrived Monday on the exact time specified. The mixer tap was exactly as described and the price was amazing less than half the price of a similar unit in local DIY stores

I'd never heard of Bathroom Store Direct but they popped up in various search restults and the pricing was great so I took a flyer and ordered a mixer tap at 1/2 high street pricing . I've yet to fit it but it looks very well made and arrived really quickly.. I would definitely use BSD again .
