Bathroom Store Direct 

Ordered my tap on Monday evening and I received it on Wednesday morning free P&P. The tap was a sale item and I could not be more pleaaed with it, its of excellent quality and appearance. Will not hesitate to use this company again, I have already recommended to a friend and will continue to do so. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Ordered a product with 3 - 5 days delivery, week and a half later still no sign.
Nobody seems to be answering the customer service line, and after many calls today whoever answered eventually said they would get back to me within an hour.... Still no response!

I needed a kitchen tap in a hurry. The one I wanted from Homebase was going to take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I got virtually the same tap from Bathroom Store Direct 40% cheaper delivered the next day. I couldn't have hoped for better service.

I'm always very hesitant purchasing things online without seeing them first and knowing it's the right thing, but the description and product information were excellent. The measurements given were spot on and I must say the low price is certainly no indication as to the quality of the item.... The taps are excellent quality and look amazing in our bathroom! All communication was efficient and the taps arrived very promptly, a good few days before I expected them! They were extremely well packaged and I can't fault a thing! Thank you very much..... I had a sink and bathroom tap which was lovely for the price! The sink tap came and I noticed the tap had the chrome scratched off of it which is strange because it was wrapped up. I called them as soon as I noticed and their response was immediate and they sorted the problem with kind words. I would recommend

Great kitchen tap well priced tap. I bought the tap because of the quality of the tap and how it suited the low pressure in my system. This tap ticked all the boxes. Very quick delivery.

This tap does the job but it looks and feels a bit cheap & flimsy compared to my old one which is around the same value. This had £60 off but in my opinion the £39.00 that I paid was all it worth. The service from this company is excellent & it was delivered by courier very quickly.
