This was my first time dealing with the company. Item arrived next day after being ordered which was amazing.

We found bathroom taps and kitchen taps here of the same kind found at our local B&Q at half the price, we thought there must be some kind of catch. So we took a chance and I have to save the quality are just as good if not better and the service was excellent too, hastle free. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My Husband and I have been searching for months for a bathroom suite. We found a suite that we liked, the Tetragon Standard M343 Suite, which is manufactured by Synergy. We decided to search to see who had the best price. and found Bathroom Store Direct. Their price on the suite was considerably less than anyone else and we decided to order it. We were thrilled at how quickly it arrived to us and the quality is top notch!

I purchased 10 Ithaca Sensor Taps for our school last week. When I found Bathroom Store Direct on the net, I thought the prices were great and the free blending valves that come with the sensor taps is what made my decision to order them here. I chose free delivery, which they say take 3-5 days and when they arrived in 2 days, I was more then satisfied! The taps are installed and working great! Ordered a kitchen tap, has not been delivered, called customer service, they said they would get back in 30 mins, they did not call back, ever since customer services is not responding to my calls and directing me to voicemail, left a message to cancel my order and give a refund.
Will see if they do, highly annoying as I have plumber booked to do the work this week.

We received an email confirming our order. We then received another emailing confirming the delivery date. And then it turned up earlier than they predicted.

good product but not quite as expected or suitable for environment. Direct returns info would have been good, but staff were clear and helpful which made the process simple and straight forward. Would use them again

The tap I bought was a much higher quality than any I have seen and touched in stores and about a third of the price. It was very well packaged and arrived quickly. I will definitely buy from here again and have already verbally recommended it to friends. Very pleased with my new kitchen tap!
