I could not trace my order when I try to log in because I have not register with the bathroom store direct. Since I registered I manage to send the message to enquire about my order and they finally reply to me that my order normally be dispatch within 3-5 days and I find this is very helpful. I finally received my goods. I find this is very efficient and trusting. I will definetly recommend to all my friends.

Ordered a new bath and shower waterfall tap which has a ten year warranty and it arrived very well packaged 2 days later. not bad seeing as it is the week before Christmas. Thank you for such a prompt service.

I was somewhat surprised by the quality of the packaging: looked like used boxes, with labels ripped off and overall an impression of a secon-hand item. The tap itself however was in a tip top condition, supplied with plenty of rubber rings, possible converters etc. Not installed yet but see no reason to expect this one would not work well.

Ordered it on a Wed and it arrived on Fri and the package was wonderful packaged and tap is brilliant !

The whole experience was just so EASY! To be honest I didn't really know how to b describe a kitchen tap that has a pull out hose. Other week known web sites kept directing me to hose pipes and their fittings or pressure washers! This site just gave me what I asked for. Simple easy and in three clicks!!! Deginately use thenm again.
