Do Not Order … It is a scam
Please do not order anything from this website. It us a complete rip off. They show you fake product reviews and incorrect pictures / videos clips lf the products and send you fake emails saying that your order has been shipped and is received at the US CUSTOMS. The product actually comes directly from China and is not at all what it was shown on the website.

I ordered the Periodic Table with Real Elements. Yes the title of the product said “with Real elements” and got the email 2 days later that order is shipped. After 4 days got the email that it is now at US Customs and the very next day I received the product at my home in a EU country. Still I kept on getting emails saying my product is being inspected by US Customs; is now cleared by customs; is now in transit at the EU country even though I had already received the products many days earlier.

Moreover the table was
1. badly printed
2. using very low quality material
3. in a 2 times smaller size
4. With NO REAL ELEMENTS
The product was supposed to have real samples of all the elements including small tube with the gasses.

It was just a very badly printed unreadable black table on a small acrylic block. It had not samples and didnt even look close to what was promised.

Moreover the website said money back returns and there is no process mentioned ANYwhere on how to return / contact for return. It is a complete SCAM. Please save yourself.

Ordered the periodic table with real elements inside, but recieved a fake version with stickers on the back and no real elements inside.😡
Tried to complaine, but has given up. They claim, that they've sent the correct product.
Don't order anything from them. It is a waste of your money!!!

Absolute crap. I bought the Jenga Tumbling Towers game…. Or so I thought. The reality is scraps of kindling with illegible writing. No returns address provided 🤨

My order is showing as delivered but it has not been. I cannot get any assistance from this site. They have said it's my problem as they sent it to address supplied. No help what so ever. Absolute rip off.

Meant to be a glass ornament but was thin scratched plastic and legs snapped. Worth about 2p - Good only for the bin.

Ordered the robin and reindeer expecting the items to be made of glass- they came today - plastic and tiny. When checking invoice against credit card statement I’ve been overcharged. Stupidly I also ordered the items when on sale through Comfy Beau which I now realise is another one of their sites. These items haven’t arrived yet. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM EITHER SITE. I have contacted the seller but I’m not holding out much hope in a refund.

Scam artists. 4 baubles advertised as "fused glass" what arrived was horrible looking acrylic with faded stickers, probably worth a few pence instead of the £35 paid. Read the reviews and don't get taken in by this company's lies. Have a dispute open with my credit card company to process a full refund. I have added some comparison photos so you can see what was promised and what was supplied. Absolute rubbish, do not buy.

BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER!! Scam! A family member ordered this after seeing it on a Facebook ad. They saw a video of a ‘periodic table of the elements’ which advertised a 3-D acrylic block with suspended actual elements in it. What came was a really poor quality acrylic block with tiny, poor quality, difficult to even see STICKERS of the elements.
My family member contacted their customer service who said that the order was as advertised, but offered her a 7 USD refund!! I will dispute this on behalf of my family member, and I will also report to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. Total scam.

Do not buy anything from them!
I did not get what I have ordered - the periodic table with poor print, not with real elements.

I click on their advertisiment on Facebook. Be aware!

according a advisertisement there should be real elements in a product. Got the delivery quite fast but there were just plastic pictures in the ' periodic elements table'
I am not allowed to refund it bút I got an offer for 2 USD cash back.

Ordered the periodic table like a mug! It’s nothing like the one pictured in their advert. Just a piece of Perspex with pictures stuck on. Complained but unsatisfactory response as per other people’s reviews. AVOID!

Ordered the Robin and Rudolf decorations. On the website they are transparent glass but in reality they are cheap plastic with printed pictures in between. They dispute the fact that they look different. Have again requested a refund but will go via Paypal if I have to.

Absolute rubbish! In the picture it looks like 'Jenga' game but in reality it is like matchsticks. If I could have given this company zero stars I would have.

I bought the periodic table display like other suckers. What an awful product! Nothing like the item that was advertised.

In Paypal dispute - as others here have found, their periodic table "with real elements" is in fact a piece of acrylic with poor quality tiny printed pictures of the elements, and not actual samples as advertised. Hoping PayPal can help me get my money back. I got scammed on this after clicking through a facebook ad.

Update Jan 2024 - Paypal have closed the dispute in my favour, and I have received a full refund :)

Periodic Table is not as described, no elements included, only poor quality prints!
Is a thin plastic (8 mm) of a bad quality, it was a present and I do not dare to give it to the person I bought it for.
Never again, they steal your money, be aware.

The product was very poor quality and very poor value for money.

I bought a tumbling tower game (Jenga) and the bricks were so small that it would be impossible to play it. Each brick was probably 4 times smaller than the standard game and the thickness of the bricks were only around 8mm - how can you play Jenga with those!! A total con!

Would be zero but 1 star needed to get my review. After waiting a month for a glass robin tree ornament when it arrived today its plastic tat.
Emailed them but not expecting a reply.... Stay well away... Shame I can't add the pic 😕

Normally I am very vigilant, but a momentary lapse of reason had me ordering the same periodic table as all the other unfortunate souls on here... And surprise surprise, I got the same thing - a microscopically printed lump of perspex that I would be embarrassed to even show to the person I bought it for....
I too went through the bot 'help' system that tried to convince me that what I got was exactly what I wanted.
Stealing your money is one thing, but producing this utterly pointless item that will never be enjoyed by anyone, and will never decompose is unforgivable in this day and age!
Steer well clear and don't join this club of disappointed purchasers!!
