I ordered a robin from this company and it is yet to materialise. The e mail says it’s been shipped. Very disappointing.

Periodic Table is not as described. Wish I had of read these reviews. Tried to request a refund but just get sent a link to a robot customer service that goes around in circles. I won't be seeing that money again. Scammers!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing.
I bought the periodic table of elements with real samples as a birthday gift for my brother-in-law. I don't know where to begin with how poor the product I recieve acctually is.
For starters there are no elements inside the acrylic as advertised only very poor quality paper images stuck down and have ugly white coating on the back.
There is a large scratch across the Acrylic visible on both sides.
The table has been printed off centre so it's lob-sided when you look at it.
I had to chase the company when after the due arrival date had passed by several weeks.
Now for the fun bit...
The company states on its website that you have 100% no questions asked money back guaranteed if you are unsatisfied with any product. I have been repeatedly trying to enact this for the last two days and keep being told there is nothing they can do to refund me my money. I have supplied photos as evidence and sent them details of my customers rights including the right to my money back if a product does not meet its description which this clearly does not.
I am furious and disappointed. I thought this was a really special gift and I was excited to give it but I am out of pocket a lot of money and as there is next to no customer service I'm scared now I'll never see that money back. Please be warned this company is a joke and a scam. Their products look nice in principle but you will not get what you ordered.

I ordered the calendar of dogs in beautiful places. Only the front picture was as described. The rest of the photos were poor quality closeups. The calendar was too small to be useful. Product not as described and total waste of money. I just reported their ad on Instagram as it came up again. Don’t buy anything off these people.

Product is nothing like as shown... as per all of the other comments, it's an outright scam. Why Facebook allow them to advertise is a surprise - have notified them.

Oh how foolish I was not to check reviews of this scam company before purchasing. The sales info promised (& showed) real pieces of each element encapsulated. What you actually get is a smaller than expected clear acrylic slab with a poor sticker image of the elements just under the surface - turn it on its side and it is very obvious the promised encapsulated element samples are not there. Give these mongrels a wide berth !

I bought the periodic table of elements. The text on it was reversed and there were no elements in it at all. The company refused to refund me and said my order was correct. I had sent photos.Do not use this scam company.

I bought the 'Periodic Table of Elements'. Supposed to get a beautiful transparent standard with real small pieces of the elements (that's what the images looked like!). Now in the mailbox: a piece of plastic with stickers of elements on the back... And this thing is so small that I can not read the text on it.... I feel such a fool...

I received an email from them saying that my order hadn't been completed so I completed the order only to find that the original order had gone through. I emailed them IMMEDIATELY to ask them to cancel the second order and they haven't even replied. Feeling very foolish and certainly won't be ordering from them again!

SCAMMERS, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY SEND YOU A PACKAGE, PROBABLY WITH A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND THEY THEY SAY IT CANNOT BE DELIVERED AND THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Products are never shipped you are sent shipping information and a tracking number but I have just found out this is also fake and both sites are owned and hosted by the same anonymous company.

Scammers don’t trust them.
I ordered a Calendar and then cancelled it within an hour because I found the same item in the UK for 70% less! tried to get a refund but they refused to cancel my order.
Even tho the site says 100% money back guaranteed.
They have made it so difficult/impossible to get a refund.

Ordered a calendar, based on an ad from Facebook and their web site. Ad showed several of the calendar's inside beautiful pictures. When I received the calendar, only the front page was the same, the inside pictures was totally different from the ad (and not beautiful at all).

Customer service refused to admit they'd not sent me the same product as advertised, despite my detailed description and photographs provided.

Scammers! Stay away.
