Currently pending a paypal dispute. I purchaed two periodic tables advertised that elements were embedded in the acrylic but I received two pieces of acrylic with little painted images. what a scam. they tried to refund for $4 which doesnt even cover the shipping. i countered their offer twice and they still refuse to refund me. I'm glad I paid with paypal and am hopeful paypal will pull through on my behalf. Do not look at the positive reviews or fake videos!

This company took an unauthorised amount for my order, despite there being a clear amount on the order summary. (Order was £30, but took £36)
They then ignore attempts to rectify despite numerous attempts.
Products sold are available from numerous other sellers, so don't take the risk. BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER

Periodic Table is not as described, no elements included! Is a thin plastic (8 mm) of a bad quality. Real scammers!

Bought a perspex periodic table which looked lovely. What arrived was a very disappointing, poor quality version. The little bits of elements were actually very fuzzy, unclear tiny pictures. After many many emails with customer service i was offered at best a $4 refund on an order of around £30 for an item which is not giftable. On asking for information on the company who made it as well as a complaints procedure for customer service i was ignored. Very poor, will not use or recommend.

Exactly the experience as Susan who posted on 21st November. Item sent was not at all what was described. It's just some tiny stickers on a bit of plastic when it should have included some of the elements embedded into it. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. It is a scam website and I wish I'd seen the reviews earlier. Save your money and do not buy from them!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a periodic table 1 month ago and still not received. It sounds like it will be not worth having if it does arrive!

FAKE sellers. Periodic table with real elements is piece of plastic with badly drawn on pictures of elements. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a periodic table, and it has been printed on backwards, with the back of it frosted glass so you can't even see anything legible. I contacted the customer service. They simply didn't care and said nope, this is how it is. And in their return policy it says I would have to pay a "hefty" postage and package cost. Absolute s**t quality and service. DO NOT USE.

It also said it would have some of the elements on the inside, however this just has stuff drawn on. Awful

Scam site. I ordered Periodic Table Of Elements and what arrived was very different, not as shown in advert. Really poor quality counterfeit. There are no Elements inside just poor quality tiny illegible labels on the outside. Don't waste your money!

Unbelievable!! They’ve sent me a faulty periodic table (The frosted glass is on the front so you can’t read it) and their response is ‘Maybe your friends will like it’; ‘But if you return it you’ll have to pay shipping costs, if you keep it you won’t have to” and ‘there’s nothing wrong with it!’ Even though I’ve sent photos proving it’s faulty! I feel I’m only talking to a bot and no human is looking at the photos of my comments. So frustrating and unfair. I’ve messaged them about 8 times each with an unsatisfactory response.

Wish I would have looked at reviews prior to my purchase. Bought the Periodic Table offer and was so disappointed. Nothing like advertised, no response to my inquiries/complaints. Never again. BEWARE!!!!

Also was scammed by this company claiming to supply a model of the periodic table with real elements inside, when all it had was a transfer on the back. Waste of time trying to deal with them so have raised a dispute with PayPal

Product was not as advertised, much poorer quality and a photo of a different product had been used on the website. THEY DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS, they will make it very difficult for you to contact them.

As per other reviews, not as described, just stickers, but worse is that it is so small even my son with his 20:20 vision can't read the silly thing! Totally useless waste of £32 (inc shipping to UK!) Mugged for not doing the research - I blame that bottle of wine, doh!

Periodic table is scam, unreadable, not 3D and no elememts. They are refusing to give return or compensation over 10 dollars, I spent 67 dollars on 3.

Agree with all the other poor reviews. The periodic table does not contain real elements, they are stickers. The customer support is next to useless and they just keep saying they've sent you the correct item. Raised a dispute with my credit card company as I'm not getting anywhere with them. Scammers!!!

Periodic table that I have receveid is not the item that I've bought.The item on their site is with the elements inside ,but the periodic table that I received is only a plexiglass with stickers.They don't accept the return.They want to refund me with 5 usd but I've spent 28 usd.
