Newish looking dirty products that are poorly packaged.
The packaging was terrible. The products were dirty and had a pink powder and other random products stickers on them. Maybe if they weren’t all lose in such a big box with one small piece of paper the products wouldn’t all be covered in this powder. The Bon Voyage box was unsealed unlike all the other Bon Voyage boxes I have. Wouldn’t be an issue but sadly inside the unsealed box contains unsealed products so chance of contamination. Overall poor packaging and my new products came dirty!!

Would not recommend
Ordered my favourite Egyptian Magic cream on the 7th September 2023. I had to email Katy to ask where my order was as it hadn't arrived. Told to wait a few more days and I emailed Katy again on the 22nd September to say it had still not arrived. I was informed that another one would be sent out the following week. The next week I didn't receive any tracking information so had to yet again email Katy asking if it had been dispatched (which it hadn't) and if not could I have a refund. Katy apologised and offered me a refund and they would still post the cream. I was quite happy with this until I finally received the cream today on the 2nd October and it's nothing like my usual Egyptian Magic cream!!! I use this cream a lot so I knew as soon as I opened it. I have received a refund but I would definitely not recommend.

Thanks for your comments. As you are aware, your order was initially lost by Royal Mail which is very unlucky (but unfortunately out of our control) so of course I did promise we would send a new one. As I also explained we had some exceptional circumstances which led to understaffing in our warehouse. This did mean that they did not re-send your order out quickly as we usually would, and to apologise I issued a refund - as well as re-sending the product. I am glad the refund has now arrived in your account and that you received your product too. We are 100% an official distributor for Egyptian Magic and I did offer to send you proof - so I will just reply to your email separately with that information. Again, we are really sorry about the original Royal Mail issue, and for the delay in sending your replacement product.
Great products and service
I was a little dubious as I've not heard of the brand before but received all products quickly and in great condition.
There was a small glitch in that one product was sent in place of another but was quickly resolved. With great customer service from Kristen.

Not happy that that the sand and Skye Australian pink clay face mask pot has an exp date of 10/23 when I purchased it 08/23… I won’t use a whole 60g pot in 8 weeks.
