I am not satisfied with this program
I am not satisfied with this program. I was told by several different people that I would be debt free in 42 or less months. I guess I believed this and now come to find out that three of these accounts have not been settled.
I am very upset about this. It looks like I would have been a lot better off to have signed with a different debt settlement corp. I was told by a certain person that you took my money every month and did not perform. You did not, so far, hold up to your end of the deal.
It was hard for me to pay this amount every month. My husband has heart problems, Parkinsons, and an aneurysm. His medication is very expensive every month. I have done without to pay Bedrock and pay for his medication.
Now, I do not know what I am going to do.

DON'T DO IT
DON'T DO IT! This company is a scam. They take your money under the false notion that they want to "help" you resolve your debt without filing bankruptcy. After four years I am left with a garnishment, three other unresolved debts totaling about $15,000, and one that I paid on my own and they still have it on their books. Also, they have done something with one of my accounts that isn't even enrolled in their program rendering the account useless to me! The settlements that they negotiate were supposed to be about 50 percent of the initial debt, but nearly all of them were not reduced at all after all of the late fees are added! One star is way too many!

Zero Confidence
Every time I talk to a rep, they are professional enough on the phone. However I have zero confidence that they are actually doing what they say they are because 90% of the time after I have a phone conversation, I end up needing to have it again. Even if they are recorded. I always ask for an email follow up confirming what we discussed and what was actioned and I have yet to receive one.

On my first call, I was told that someone was going to call me after an hour. 4 hours later, no one had called me. So, I called and learnt that no attorney had been assigned to me yet I had a court hearing in 3 days.
