If it sounds too good to be true it probably is…

I started out this program years ago with hope and paid my monthly payment with no problem through the timeline I was promised, only to be told that $16000 was never settled. I asked to graduate this program and called every week for 2 months and am still struggling with getting out of this agreement that was supposed to end in aug. so now my credit report is trash and I still owe $16k. Thanks for your help?

DON'T do it

DON'T do it! After they collected what they had been guaranteed they just stop being helpful. We paid them over 14000.00 to supposedly negotiate 42000.00 in debt. After the 4 Judgement went through and our bank account was RAPED by Bank Of America we were forced to leave state and I retired whith wife still working. The omly communication from them I could get was " You need to pay the trust fund or we will drop you" Told them we can not pay fund and you let garnishments and judgements get through. Customer service said " well that happens sometimes! Ask to talk to management and always told they would call me back". Never did. These people are crooks and run servers in Texas but the owner are in New York. Good Luck to anybody still dealing with them

I didn't have a positive experience!!

I didn't have a positive experience!!
I have been working with you for years and it was a very good experience until the past 4 months. I can't get answers. I get told to call back in a few days. It's been months. I was told there was an overpayment, then I was told there wasn't and I still owe $$ because of a missed payment. The past 4 months have been awful and extremely frustrating. A year ago, I would have given you 5 stars and recommended you to family and friends.

Great Program, but there is one issue...

I have been in the program for 3 1/2 years. I only have 6 months left and I'm very excited to be close to the end. I have 4 credit cards that are paid off, still paying on one and still building funds to negotiate the last 2. I understand the process and I am thankful for the help with resolving my debts. I have one issue though that I've been dealing with for about 4 months now with a credit card that is paid off. Discover said after it was paid off that I still owed a little over $500. I have called and talked to people but no one seems to be working on resolving this issue. I got a letter from the law firm that filed the small claims case originally saying I needed to take care of the $500+ or they will file again. When I call, all I get is that it has been sent to the proper department to have them look into it. It's been 4 months, I should have an answer to what the $500 they say I owe is and what we need to do to fix it.

I was supposed to have graduated the…March 2020

I was supposed to have graduated the program in March 2020. I’m still in the program. I have to agree with all of the negative comments. I had two accounts that were being taken care of. One of them was, not the second one. My account was bought by another company (so I was told) and they were renegotiating with the new company. I was never told that this was happening until I called. The service people are friendly but not able to help in any way. All they can do is look your account up on the computer. The people who are supposed to be taking care of the account never call you even though you are told by a supervisor that they would. They still keep taking money out of my account but that will soon end. I don’t recommend this company at all!!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have never been more frustrated by a company. The processors work hard to understand the issues and to help, but they give out contradictory information and try to stall the customer since litigation and the negotiator are not doing their jobs. This is especially true when it is a complicated debt. The wait times on the phone can take up to an hour. I have waited on hold while trying to the negotiator on the line for 20-30 minutes, to then have to reexplain the issue because the information being given to me is contradictory to what has transpired during the last phone calls.
I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to resolve their debt unless they are willing to babysit the company and their accounts, otherwise you could end up losing more that just your credit score.
We have also paid more than the initial amount that we were told this company could settle all of our account for. 2 of my accounts ended up in litigation and both times the payment arrangements that were set some how fell through the cracks. One of my accounts almost ended back in court due to them not making the payments eventhough they deducted more money from my account every month to make the payments.
I have tried getting my current situation resolved for a few months now and still no call backs nothing resolved. This is the worse company in the world to use for resolving debt RUN!!

Told waste of money, you'll be sued no matter what lies they tell you!

Grandfather has been told many times not to worry about the calls and letters, that everything is taken care of. Today was served court papers and no one wants to answer his calls. He is in the complete dark. Now I'm reading all these people on BBB saying they don't do anything but take your money! I thought they were a scam to begin with and I'm not wrong apparently. How does it feel scamming a 87 year old, you disgusting human beings?

Bedrock stole a year and a half of our…

Bedrock stole a year and a half of our payments before they even started negotiating with our debtors. We had to put up with phone calls for months. They mismanaged our entire program. They did not get a deduction off our debt. They did not play hardball with our debtors so instead of paying 50% less of our debt we paid 100% of it. It took four years!! Terrible company. I do not recommend them to anyone trying to get rid of debt!!

The reply was lame

I spoke with Carly on the 6th of July. She was extremely friendly and tried to help me. Carly ended up having to forward my information to a manager. She asked me to wait til the end of the week for a reply. Not a problem I told her. Thanks. I waiting til the 13th to call and find out what I need to do. Tried to call three times over 2 days and send an email. No response. Called today the 16th spoke with alexsa(spelling) once again, super friendly and tried to help but she had ended up sending my info to her manager and CC several people pertaining to my account. Both ladies were friendly and courteous. It’s the management that I’m having an issue with for not following up with me.

I asked why I cant see my account online anymore. I was told it would be fixed in a few days. It has been over 2 weeks and I still cannot use your website. It doesnt even have a place that asks for name or account number.

FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

I have never been more frustrated by a company. We have also paid more than the initial amount that we were told this company could settle all of our account for, and we still have a debt of over $10,000 waiting to be negotiated and settled. Be careful before agreeing to their terms, and be prepared to pay their fees before you begin paying any of your debt.

Access to account activity from mobile or online app

I was able to get the info I needed but the wait time was very long. I was wondering if there was a place online I could check as to what is going on with my account? She was able to tell me for example that a settlement offer was given last month (In May) that was rejected but for me it was good to hear that this was going on. I wasn't sure anything was happening so if there was a place for me to see this from the mobile or online app it would be great!
