First of all I DID NOT call Bedrock Legal-you called me! The lady I talked to was courteous and responsive to my requests and concerns relative to my program and payoff of the last 3 each creditors.
Apparently, those have not even been negotiated and cannot be paid off by 03-31-2021. That is the end of my 48 month plan as agreed upon with Finance Solutions almost 4 years ago. At that time I didn't even know Bedrock Legal was in existence!
Obviously, I am upset about this issue (among many) but she was nice in her responses.

Your representative was polite, professional and courteous. However my issue for the call was not resolved and i have been having to pursue this same issue since back in November 2020 with calls on 11/2/20, 11/10/20, 11/30/20, 12/2/20 , 12/10/20. i was supposed to have a call back after the Christmas/New Year holiday and have yet to have a return call from anyone. I am very unhappy with the services i am receiving from Bedrock Legal.

I gave them 5 accounts and they only settled 3. Now one of the accounts that they claim to have settled is attempting to garnish my wages. I've called to get documentation that the account was settled and have received nothing. Now I have to hire an attorney to fight in court a creditor that I had believed was already settled. I believe I've been scammed.

Unethical Business Standards
This Company took my money for three years. Once I finished my payments, they left me with two unsettled accounts. I had to call them numerous times, to beg for a resolution and nothing. This coming February 2021completes a year since I finished my payments and they are yet to settle the two accounts. My debt total was $26,000, I paid them a total of $19,000 in three years. They just called me yesterday, almost a year after I finished my payments, to tell me that they will settle the main account, but I have to give them $5,000 more on top of the $19,000 I already paid to settle it. A year after I have already finished my payments! So if I add $5,000 plus the $19,000 I already paid that's $24,000. Now, tell me if my total debt was $26,000 what exactly have Bedrock Legal done for me, other than take my money and drag me for a year with phone calls and bad credit when they were paid to help me? Not make my situation worst! How can I possibly give this company a good rating, when you only care about taking people's money and leaving them to beg for your services, which was highly paid to begin with. Does it even sound ethical?

I called for an overview of the status of my account that is supposed to be finished as of 01/28/2021. I spoke to Tyler and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I felt more comfortable after he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was actually impressed with his excellent Customer Service.

I called to change my withdrawal from Wednesday to Thursday. The service rep said it would not be a problem and verified that it would not interfere with any payment plans and promptly got it changed. She was very friendly and professional. Appreciate the great service!

I have been so misled and unhappy with your service you lied and misled me numerous times ask for more money which you never said you would do did not take care of two of my credit cards that you were supposed to and said that it was just an estimate your estimate was wrong by $17,000 therefore I am calling the Better Business Bureau and contacting a lawyer so I can get some of my money back because you are a fraudulent company and I would never ever recommend you

One star is too many. This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with! They continue to dismiss my concerns and ignore my account. It has been years of struggle. No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB.

The people answering the phones are very helpful and friendly but the negotiator for my claim drops the ball every time. Once again I called to find an offer was made on my Sears account but no one reached out to me and the first extra draft should have been made on the 15th but today is the 16th. Hope you are not paying these people for they do nothing right. I guess you are desperate for workers.

Worst debt mgmt company to work with. You messed every single step of the way. First you don't work w/ the credit card companies in a timely fashion,. I had one of the creditors sue me and I was forced to pay more per month and pay add'l after i was done, just to get myself out of the lawsuit. Then when i was supposed to be graduated and done, you still had not completed a negotiation w/ a credit and continued to take money from my acct without my permission or knowledge. .... your guarantee is worthless and i have filed many complaints with the BBB in Texas.

Do not recommend! Every time I call I have had nothing but issues between the employees and horrible communication and nothing is done as said to be. Last month was the end of my program and then this month they proceeded to take a $201 payment from me when it was not supposed to be taken out at all since I was finished with the program. Was told I would get a call from the graduation team and never did. Highly do not recommend at all! Waste of money the last 3 years!

Middle of the Road - nothing profound!
Over my experience with the legal team, we have been hung up on, put on hold for great amounts of time, been promised a return phone call...none to follow.....over all and in general, customer service stinks! We full filled our contract and could not get a quick settlement due to different people not following thru with promises of call backs etc. Bedrock needs to educate your customer service team so that they can provide answers to questions and return phone calls in a decent amount of time.
