Never received item...no communication…

Never received item...no communication or offer off refund or anything, phoned them up after fifteen minutes no answer....tried again later and got arrogant sales staff telling me he wouldn't discuss anything purchased on e bay, worst company ive dealt with...never again.

Sorry Sir, no refunds

Waste of time, money and energy. This company is a shambles and if you do a little digging into their owner (also likes to call himself a sales manager) then you will find his name is not Daniel George, it is Daniel Burton. A list of failed companies and debts longer than your arm.
I have had the unfortunately experience of dealing with this specimen and had to hang up after hearing him say 'listen sir' for the 30th time. His attitude changes drastically from pathetic and rude sex references when he tries to be over friendly and take your money to being extremely arrogant and rude when you find out he knows nothing about the things he has incorrectly sold you.

Sorry sir, no refunds (£600 FYI)

A personal perspective

I ordered and paid for an item that could have been provided direct from the manufacturer in France or via very large retailer in Germany - both had the item in stock and ready to ship to my UK home address
I was assured it would present no issues to Beedspeed and thought it best to support a UK business
I was wrong and 9 weeks and very many emails ( thank you Natalie ) later it still wasn’t delivered
I therefore requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act which was actioned very quickly and the refund issued
I really don’t know what went wrong with Beedspeed in this instance but I was a first time customer and my experience was really poor
I regret using them and certainly wouldn’t use them again - ever !

Beedspeed had the stand I needed!!

Beedspeed made a stand I was looking for and charged a very reasonable price to make it too. They also shipped immediately and didn't charge extra for shipping as so many companies do. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of the procts they sell. A+++ seller!

Refunded at last

Eventually after a series of phone calls and emails, they collected the incorret part and it arrived with them last Friday. I did send proof of delivery and asked when I would get the refund on Monday morning, and I wa s suprised to get an email confirming refund of the full price including carriage later that day. So well done at last. It only took 3 weeks.

Ordered made to order seat cover in November on their listing it says 6 to 8 weeks still waiting in march now it is April and still hasn't arrived. Add a phone call with them they said they would not give me a refund and I'm still waiting it's may now 😞

I have just read some poor reviews about this Company and thought surely a different outfit? Myself and a fellow scooterist are so impressed with the supply, and after sales support from Beedspeed, that I have made the effort to leave this review! Never bothered before unless I have been let down, but credit to Beedspeed, not a bad word to say about my order.

RIP off merchants

Purchased a 12V conversion kit in good faith for my Vespa Super unfortunately the flywheel and stator were not compatible and rubbed together so returned as per their request, since then they have failed to replace / refund or even communicate with me..my advice is to stay well clear of Beedspeed..

purchase x 1 rear light for vespa 50…

purchase x 1 rear light for vespa 50 special, upon receiving was not a uk standard fitment, description states without brake or light bulbs, did not say does not have brake light !!
returned said item sept 10td, now October 17th 2022,still no refund,3 x telephone calls later ,still no further forward.
we are Bonz mx ltd company ,we would not treat our returns with this disrespect,
I would not recommend this company, I believe there are issues in daily

I would have given 5 stars if not for a slight communication hick up at the start. A quick call to Natalie at Beedspeed and all was sorted. Goods posted the day of my call, and received a few days later, even with the postal strikes. Great service. Thanks. Edd Batchelor
