Don't seem to have the stock they say they do and will send any old crap in place. Doing a return is like pulling teeth! AVOID!

I placed a couple of orders recently. Both arrived promptly, one within 24 hours of ordering. Special mention to Natalie who couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged to have a couple of speedo cables measured to make sure I selected the correct one.

I have no hesitation in recommending Beedspeed.

I ordered a front mudguard crashbar in black for my Vespa PX from Beedspeed on Saturday 10th September & had it delivered to me by Tuesday 13th September which was a great service. I also would like to state that over the past 15months I have made at least six orders from Beedspeed & every one of them have arrived like this, plus their choice of accessories & spare parts for scooters is excellent, no mater how small the required part is.

I WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
My item never arrived. 10 days after it should have arrived and numerous attempts at communicating and they just ignore you. I've asked for a refund several times and have not received one!

They have stolen of £50 from me! IF I DONT RECEIVE MY MONEY I WILL SIMPLY FILL OUT A SMALL CLAIMS COURT FORM ONLINE.

They will then have to pay all
the associated costs as well as my refund, time, interest etc. very silly seller.

I recently ordered some floor runners for a lambretta. When they arrived one part was missing so I emailed the Company. I was really impressed with the customer service I received. Straight away a replacement set was sent out which I received the next day. I also got an email to make sure I was happy with everything. Would definitely use this Company again because of their excellent customer service.

I think there has been a big improvement in service over the last year or two. They had my item with me very quickly and on some things they can often be cheaper than others. Their customer service team are also very good and knowledgeable

Ordered late Thursday night and received my parcel first thing Saturday morning

Wish I had of seen all these reviews before I ordered parts . Ongoing from may 2022. Waited a month for parts to arrive . Returned 5 items and only got a refund today aug 22 . Numerous emails and phone calls and nothing ever done . Had to tell them I was contacting my card company and refund was in 1 hour later . Will never use them again .

This is not the first time that Bedspead have been really helpful when I needed a part ASAP they had it shipped next day by DPD I would recommend them gas there customer service is brilliant big thanks to Natalie

This company is a complete and utter Joke, Order Parts including Clutch Cable Clearly states for PX way too small also in the order was a Headset which apparently not in stock, so after 4 days I call BeedSpeed Customer Services left on Phone for an hour only to get told Headset out of stock and waiting on delivery wasn't going to send parts until Headset came in of which they had no delivery date, how dumb can you get I've ordered stuff which is obvious I need now but no, although on asking then to send the stuff it did arrive the next day.

Put first order down to poor judgement in not contacting about issue with order, so made another order for the correct cables and some other bits whilst waiting on my refund of which they claim they can't give because I opened a case with PayPal on speaking to PayPal this is untrue.

In regards to 2nd Order nothing after 3 days so clearly stated in my email that should it not be sent by close of business Friday then cancel the order and refund and I'll buy elsewhere, Order not sent and not given refund so had to open another case with PayPal.

Word to the wise be very careful when buying from this company they are totally unprofessional and in all honesty the customer being their bread and butter I'd suggest treating your customers with more respect hand on heart how this company is still in business I've no idea.

Seriously though if you want the parts quick I would whole heartedly give this company a wide birth as you'll have a long wait for your parts, and there's no guarantee they'll be the correct parts, I would highly suggest paying with PayPal as it'll most likely be the only way you'll get your money back.

Every body told me to keep away from beedspeed but beedspeed was the only place that had the parts a wanted so I oreded on Mon Thursday they arrived carnt fault the service
