AVOID
One word AVOID at all costs. Beko Customer service for Republic of Ireland is very poor. I was left holding on phone for 20 mins and still no contact. The item is still under warranty and they still have not been in contact to have repair / inspection.
Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. I waited on hold for 40 minutes in relation to a problem with my fridge. I was told to call another company to assist. The number they gave me did not work. Complete and utter waste of time.

Bought a replacement dishwasher
Bought a replacement dishwasher, replacing a Hisense machine which was beyond repair. This Beko machine is so much better and the (only 3 year old) Hisense one! I've had Beko before and would definitely recommend them.
Refusing to replace fire hazard
Our Beko hob popped 3 months ago, so we had an engineer visit and rewire.
Our house at the time was 3 months old.
The wiring was melted.
The same issue happened again last week.
We had to wait 6 days for the same engineer to arrive and attempt the same work, with an attitude that he couldnt care less. He didnt understand why the electrics had melted, saying 'it happens.'
The part he needed to fix it is now another 5 days away. Everytime we try to get in touch we need to stay on hold for an hour.
We are now facing our first Christmas in our new home, with no oven and no hob.
They are refusing to replace it, despite the fire hazard.

I am extremely disappointed with my Beko washing machine and the lack of support from their customer service team. After just three years of use, the machine's drum has developed significant rust, which is causing red and brown stains on nearly all white clothes that cannot be removed.
We’ve made several efforts to resolve the issue, including:
Using color catchers,
Trying different detergents,
Running multiple cleaning cycles, and
Cleaning the water reservoir.
Unfortunately, none of these have worked, and we are now losing nearly all of our white clothes. When I reached out to Beko customer service for help, they were unhelpful and offered no solutions or assistance.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Beko. I would not recommend their products to anyone.

Avoid at all Costs
Avoid at all Costs. Washer/Dryer broke down and well within warranty. Every time I call, they put me on hold to call the engineer, and this call goes to voicemail. I was promised a call back from the escalation team and it never happened. Called again and advisor said they can't transfer me through to escalation team, but would remind them when they see them on the floor.
The washer/dryer is within warranty and there is effort to repair or replace the machine. The Beko warranty is worthless. I'll never purchase a product from this manufacturer again.
Why bother offering warranty when it's near impossible to avail of🤬🤬🤬
4 hours of my life totally wasted - trying to arrange an engineer to come look at my washing machine (which is well within warranty)
Customer service agents with very broken English - no access to any systems to verify warranty - being passed from pillar to post, and gotta try all over again tomorrow..
