UnBeko CS unhelpfull and not customer focus
Beko Customer service fault are rude and not help full to deal with. They are a call centre with a look up centre and although store said I need an engineer out to look at unusal noise which they said is nomal according to what they were reading online. I said product manual doesnt say that they said there instructions are better then manual. How do I know. When I said I was not happy with this as it cost €1000 as store I bought it said I need Engineer they said I just had to go to the store and get an exchange. So it seems Beko dont want to pay for engineer in products especially when Store says I need it. Wont be buying Beko or recommend them

My elderly parents opened up their fridge (purchased less than 2yrs ago) only to have the handle fully snap off the door. The cheaply made handle has a crack on the internal part where the screw attaches to the fridge so it can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced. Never in my life have I heard of this happening with a fridge - which gives me a great insight into the poor quality of Beko products. I am told it will cost €100 to get a technician out to have a look, plus the cost of fixing it. I know there’s a ‘free 2 year guarantee’ that lots of electrical companies offer, but you have to sign up for it and it’s not clear that’s the case when you buy the product and my parents are in their 70s so to be honest I think it’s a pretty sneaky way of doing business in the first place. That issue aside, I am completely unimpressed with the shoddy quality of the fridge which is why I feel the need to write this review. My parents spent €800 on this product less than 2yrs ago. I’m sure it’s not the most expensive fridge out there, but for that kind of money the fridge door handle should work at the very least…
Beko customer service is efficient
Beko customer service is efficient but repairs and replacement do take time. We had a problem with our oven - timer stuck on H. The problem was well diagnosed via video call but we had to wait a week for an engineer to come out and look at the oven. however once that happened a replacement oven was sent out via the retailer from whom we bought it in a couple of days.

Fire risk dryer
Reported my dryer smoking on 7th June. Dryer only 2.5 years old. Only got a case number 25th June. Still waiting for inspection of this item. Clearly Beko are happy for there items to Smoke and cause possible fire. Can anybody recommend a brand that won’t case fires?

Washing machine glass door exploded while in spin
Bought washing machine late August 2023 while doing wash the glass door exploded it scratched my floors and destroyed every item in machine.it was still under warranty beko said they would give me replacement which they did I was to send photos in email to customer service of damage which I did this was in January 2024 never heard thing from them rang in February said they were looking into it would contact me in 24 hrs never did I rang again in March April may and June all theose times they said a manager will ring me after call in June I wasn't waiting on call back and insisted to speak to manager she said OK that Tarick was there he would speak with me after 10 mins I was put onto another operator who said as good will jester they would give me 100 euros for damage but it would take 14 days to get cheque for me NEVER TOUCH BEKO THEY ARE PURE RUBBISH.

My freezer which was six months old broke down and I lost a full freezer of food. The service I received on this was very slow, finally an Engineer came and the freezer was written off. A new replacement arrived a few days later. All good or so I thought, Be aware that the original guarantee continues so the replacement is only covered for 6 months not a new 12 months guarantee.
