No update on delivery date
The bed didn't arrive within the expected time frame but no update was provided until I called. This isn't a huge problem but it helps plan the week if we know what's likely to happen.

Josh was very friendly and approachable, from the moment I walked into the showroom. Listened attentively to my needs and requirements and without being pushy, recommended 4 mattresses that he felt would meet my needs, and I leisurely laid on them.
It came down to a choice between 2, but very happy with my final choice and price paid. Looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new mattress, along with a good nights sleep and feeling refreshed in the morning.
