Overall decent service
The storage facilities were clean and secure, and the reception team were helpful throughout. However, the price increased significantly during my time there, and I was only offered a discount when I mentioned I’d be leaving—despite having asked about this earlier at reception. I also had to chase up my refund, and when my lock had to be cut due to a lost key, no replacement was offered. Overall, decent service but a few issues that could be handled better.

Very clean and safe units! Location was prime and close to the port which made boarding the ferry much easier.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and understood all of my needs and requirements. It was a very good experience even though I had some issues with payment which they were very understanding and patient with. 10/10 business and would gladly use again!

Such a friendly, helpful team. They are responsive to emails and helpful on the phone. I have used them two years in a row for student storage and have been very happy with the condition of the storage but even more so the good customer service.
