Fabulous experience from start to finish. We took advantage of the interior design service offered by Jo, the in-house interior designer and we were not disappointed. We are thrilled with our new livingroom sofas, furniture and curtains. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional, from our initial contact with Jolene, Jo the interior designer, Janey who made and hung our curtains and the delivery guys. Thank you, we will be back.

I don’t usually write reviews but after our first visit to Belgica I had to come and share my experience!

The showroom is beautiful and offers a wide range of furniture, soft furnishings and just lots of different gorgeous little bits. I went with my kids who loved walking round investigating. The staff were very friendly and chatty.

The cafe again is decorated beautifully and the staff very friendly and efficient, food arrived all at the same time, good portion sizes and quality for the price.

Overall, this was a lovely day out to a beautiful place with good food and a positive, friendly atmosphere, we will definitely be back, thanks guys!

We are repeat customers over many years, preferring to give a local business our trade. On this occasion Michael and his interior designer helped us choose a new corner sofa and swivel chair by Fama. Their input and attention to detail was very helpful. Everyone at Belgica is customer focused including the delivery team who scheduled a time to suit us and ensured the items were delivered in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

It was a very difficult job getting the couch into the house. The guys went the extra mile and managed to get it in the back door. Both so helpful

The whole team at Belgica furniture were great. Professionally and friendly, nothing was a problem. The sofa I ordered arrived more quickly then I anticipated, is extremely comfortable and fits perfectly into the space / room. The delivery / fitting company was also excellent in terms of communication, professionalism and humour!

Great (amazing) furniture and superb showroom. Visited twice in last few weeks and was left feeling unwelcome. Not approached once yet others welcomed on arrival with warm smiles and conversations. Once is a one off but twice is not good. Shame.

Amazing customer service from start to finish - saw my beautiful sofa, bought it from great sales team and was delivered and set up by two lovely guys earlier today. All staff very professional, friendly and customer focussed, would highly recommend Belgica Furniture and will definitely be visiting again soon!!

Another great delivery service from Belgica. The staff were polite, careful and efficient.

They spotted that two of the chairs were a bit wobbly so have taken them away to replace them.

They showed great attention to detail in helping us to position the new furniture.

I went to Belgica after a friend recommended them. I have to say that they were very knowledgeable and professional. I ordered a Tetrad sofa and the delivery drivers were amazing and definitely went the extra mile. Can’t recommend this store enough!

Customer service here is appalling. Sales staff are unhelpful and give the impression you're an inconvenience upon their day. The owner, in responding to constructive criticism, seems to think it's clever to attempt to belittle customers in his responses, portaying everything that you don't want in a customer focussed environment. Won't be back and I'd advise to take a wide berth. Don't deserve our/your hard earned cash.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Very friendly, helpful staff. From Jo on the sales floor to Aiden the delivery driver the service was fantastic. We really appreciated the time taken to help us with our purchases. The communication from the store was excellent. A well run organisation with customer service at its core.

Why reply so flippantly, to very fair & serious questions, without addressing what actually occurred

The cafe is within the furniture store & is very nice. They are usually fairly busy with customers having cake and beverages.
Following several recent pleasant visits, including having lunch. we arrived for lunch as a party of four and had a quite horrific experience, including being mocked by front of house staff, when complaining over the contents of one one of the lunches, plus being unable to all eat together at the same time. May have been a one off, but the attitude from staff was not what one would expect from anyone involved in the Hospitality sector.
