I sent an email enquiring about this and used the contact form in their website too, but after 6 days I'm still waiting for a response. Not only I paid for something I didn't receive, but it seems Belle Divino customer service is non existent.

Found a desigual dress that had sold out everywhere else and was so happy. It was my first time using Belle Divino and although there was a delay with delivery (probably because it’s the lead up to Christmas), I’d definitely use them again.

Ordered for the first time very recently. Very good service, fast delivery and well
packaged items purchased in the sale. I had to return one item and it was refunded promptly without any fuss or delay. Definitely a trustworthy retailer that I would use again.

Great choice of shoes at reasonable prices, and quick delivery. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit so I returned them, a refund was given promptly. I'm very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Absolutely shocking company I sent shoes and bag back on they received them on tracking delivery on the 18th August 2024 and I'm still waiting for my refund and it's now 7th September stay well clear from these no response from left messages on voicemail and emails sent YOU REALLY NEED SORT YOUR COMPANY OUT it not sorted mine out ASAP then I will be contacting Ombudsman

Great service and prices

This is an updated review. I ordered items on 28th June from this company and they did not arrive. I sent several emails and messages and heard nothing. Their customer service is very poor. I was beginning to think I was dealing with a fraudulent company.
However today 22 July my parcel has just turned up with all items correct.
It is such a shame that the lack of communication is so poor as this has really put me off ordering from this company again.

Delivery of the item was fine, however if there is a chance you may need to return an item DON’T use this Company.
Item returned in May in returns window using tracked delivery where a photo of someone accepting the parcel was seen & shared with the Company.
Despite emails, telephone call (no answer, message left) & contact me form on website no communication or refund received.
After seeking advice from Citizens Advice a letter was sent using Royal Mail ‘signed for’ which was more cost & inconvenience to me.

Refund eventually received in July with no communication or apology.

I will never use this Company again, please be on your guard as they will take your money and make you fight for a refund that is legally yours.
