Benevity is a great platform for Nonprofit Organizations to recieve exposure to and support from the corporate businesses who wouldnt know they exist. You can search by the Nonprofit name or category you'd like to support. It's that easy! I received funding that I would not normally receive, except through Benivity and companies like USAA who use Benivity to support their communities. It's a great thing and highly recommend this platform for any company who wants to support their community with no fuss. Thank you, Benevity!

Our experience has been extremely positive in every area!! Their coordination of support has been consistent, straightforward and very professional. We are fortunate to have a few other organizations support our search dogs, but at times it takes a tremendous amount of time and patience to work around challenges. Benevity has been 100% from the first day for years...THANK YOU!!!

We have had a difficult experience with the disbursement process. Our organization has been waiting for the funds since September. We were informed that the payment would be made during the last week of October, but we are now in November and the funds have still not been released.

This is discouraging, especially knowing that generous companies made their donations with the intention of supporting our beneficiaries. However, the disbursement has not reached the people who truly need the help. We do not find this situation fair or aligned with the purpose of supporting vulnerable communities.

We sincerely hope this situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

For our small organization, the Benevity platform is extremely valuable. We receive donations from new donors we wouldn’t have been able to reach on our own. We’ve also been able to promote volunteer recruitment campaigns. Being part of Benevity also gives credibility to our organization. Thank you!

Working with Benevity has been a great support to our Charity and we really appreciate each donation. We are blown away with their generosity, and have been able to complete many projects with their help. The enrollment process and annual updates are so easy to complete. It wonderful to receive money for our fundraising campaign in such a simple straightforward way.

Benevity was accidentally discovered by myself, and I have been so pleased. Since joining, I have become aware of the needs of so many non-profits. Our museum has struggled to keep afloat and is truly a gem of the city. Many visitors have come from outside the city and have remarked over and over again how beautiful and educational everything was. The age of our board members is our handicap, mostly over 75. Therefore, it is difficult for us to maneuver. We only have one fundraiser a year and that is our total source of income outside of minor donations from visitors. Benevity has often donated and allows us to put on an extra event for income. We are very grateful for this no matter how big or small the donation. Benevity has helped so many organizations and I’m sure a lot of us would not have made it without it.

The donation we received came as a complete surprise and brought us great joy. It was especially meaningful because it was triggered by a company employee who volunteered on one of the mountain farms we support. That experience alone was a generous gift to us — the financial donation felt like an unexpected bonus on top.
Although we had to provide several documents and respond to multiple follow-up questions, we appreciated the thoroughness. It was clear that Benevity genuinely cares about ensuring donations reach the right recipients.
We’re grateful for their support and proud to be part of a system that values transparency and impact.

Terrible service from the charity side—they take months to distribute funds that company staff have given in good faith. We are still waiting in November for the money issued to us in September. What are they doing with that money? This should be a simple bank transfer. Addtionally, the back-end system is very outdated and barely works.

The time to receive funds is very poor - Its now October 20th and a donation of £1450 from Sept 1st is not yet here. I suspect this is a delay so that Benevity can benefit from holding the money. Some work colleagues sent a donation beginning of Sept and the portal shows funds being credited on November 1st.

In their response Benevity simply confirm ‘their’ strategy and not why it should take so long. Based on what they say a donation made at the becoming of the month can still be part of a monthly disbursement and not take two months.

It’s a policy that suits them and not the charities.

We support with hot vegetarian meals and also crisis coaching, and educational webinars.
We are grateful to Benevity for helping our mission and for the educational webinars!

The whole programme is transparent and as new Organization we are still on the learning process to catch up with all the programmes that align with donors funding projects of which they consider relevant to them

I am a very small newly formed non-profit. The webinars were for much bigger organizations.

Also it was more about them presenting WHAT they had, rather than what the non-profits needed for their organizations.

It was empowering to be part of the 'Get Found and Funded' webinar. It gave you an insight about Benevity Causes and how the program works. The tutorials and discussions were informative and inspired me to be more diligent in ensuring that we are on top of keeping up to date and relevant with our charity information. Thank you.

The presentation was very useful and informative. It gave us a clear understanding of how to use the portal effectively.

Was a great reminder to review our information on the platform

It is a good effort to support the NPOs. The similar session is required once in six months.

Microsoft is a name to reckon with and the professionalism which comes along with it is just remarkable . It was an excellent presentation with all the major points covered. One request I had that if I had a question I should be able to directly contact the Benevity team instead of AI .

The presentation was systematic and useful. It was timely as in the coming months companies are expected to donate more given upcoming festivals. The inputs for increasing organizational visibility were good. Although, we can approach Benevity anytime with queries and support, and we do get timely response from them, the webinar was good for a closer interaction with Benevity. The webinar theme was an important one.
