Been having mice problems after we started remodelling our garden, thought a cat would resolve the issue but alas no. Called Ben’s Bugs up and they sorted everything out for me, couldn’t be happier. I waited a few weeks before posting my review to make sure 100% that they had gone and I am happy to report they have! The whole experience of having someone come to your house about a mice infestation can be really embarrassing but not with Ben, he is very knowledgeable and really puts you at ease. Highly recommend!!!

We had a huge wasps nest in our loft. We contacted Ben and he got the job done so quickly. We haven’t had a single wasp since. Incredible service, would 100% recommend.

We had a pigeon problem - many nesting under the solar panels. The noise was horrendous. Ben's Pests fitted a guard around the perimeter of the panels - looks good and five days later there are still a few pigeons nosing around but the noise has almost completely stopped. We were warned it would take a couple of weeks for all of the pigeons to go but so far so good. Job was done to schedule and charged as per estimate. Would recommend Ben's Pests to anyone with a similar problem.

We moved in to a new home and found that we had rats scurrying around the loft and under the kitchen cupboards! We searched online to find the right, credible and professional pest control we could find,

Where most sounded like they were not interested in helping, Bens Bugs really took the time to listen to our problems, offer some over the phone advice, it was this that made us choose bens bugs in helping us remove the rats.

Upon arriving, Ben quickly identified where they were getting in and suggested we get a drain survey. We did and he was correct in his thoughts! We had broken drains, he recommended what we needed to go to get it patched up, seal off all old pipes and drains and set traps to catch the rats running around, we caught around 7 rats in total! Couldn’t believe it!

Bens knowledge was unrivalled. He really knew what he was talking about and nothing was too much trouble to do at all! He really went above and beyond to help us get rid of these rats and stop them coming back. He would call out everytime we caught one to remove for us and re set traps

Honestly could not fault their service. It was professional from the first phone call to the final inspection and trap removal! We are so grateful for his expertise and will whole hearted recommend him to anyone considering a pest controller!

I arranged a call out for my parents to deal with wasps. I do not live local so all communication was by phone and email. I was kept informed and sent a report after the job had been completed. Great communication and would use again. Many thanks

Ben is very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly. Was very prompt arranging a day suitable for my elderly mother. Arrived on time. Very reasonable priced too. Would definitely use Ben again if another problem arises. Excellent service.

From the get go Ben was fantastic communication was clear and he understood our concerns. He was incredibly discreet arriving in an unmarked van and not dressing in his pivex suit until he was in the property. He walked around the property and listened to our concerns then he took the time out to explain everything step by step and even showed us the ingredients of the treatment he was using and how it would work.

The treatment only took half an hour and by following the teams pre sent instructions we were well prepared for the visit.

After the period of time from treatment had elapsed we contacted Ben to ask if it was okay to go ahead with the two week post treatment advice as per our experience and he advised to do so.

The day after we sorted the issue we thought we encountered another problem and despite it being a Sunday the team replied within the hour with some further advice.

We thought another treatment would be required and in the past other companies have just advised to do this however he didn't insist on this and just advised something else to try before we asked them back.

Ben and the team are really genuine and reasonably priced. If we ever required their services in the future we would definitely call them first.

Needed a wasps nest in garden dealt with asap & found Bens Bugs pest control via internet search. Reviews were good so I spoke with Leah in the morning & Ben was able to come around that afternoon. Wasps nest was dealt with efficiently & quickly & no more problems since. Price was reasonable too. You are able to contact them via WhatsApp & Leah answered straight away. I would highly recommend this company & service to anyone. Quick response to communication goes a long way in my book & the service they provided was excellent.

I noticed a wasp nest in my shed and reach out to Bens Bugs.

I was told this could be resolved same day and was visited in the afternoon.

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the service and Ben took time to educated us on how the nest is made why they chose specific locations etc. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident the job was in hand.
