I had a serious issue with bedbugs and had tried everything to get rid of them myself.
This company was recommended to me and have been fantastic from very first contact.
They really do care about the client and delivering a fantastic service,ive found them to be very informative about what treatment was needed and the aftercare.both very professional and have kept me up to date with what was happening at certain stages of treatment.
Since having the treatments theyve been in contact to make sure everythings ok.the customer service has been fantastic.
If i ever need pest control again,i wouldnt hesitate in using them or there services.

Found Ben on google as I had an emergency over the jubilee bank holiday. Very personable, calm with very good customer service. Found the root of the problem due to his expertise and questioning. Went above and beyond with the help he gave me to maintain the issue and talked through steps and resolutions that I could understand.

Needed some advice about an unwanted family of mice and Ben was great and his honestly about what was required is what a customer wants to hear.

I found Ben on Google, read his reviews and contacted him as a rat was in the house and cavity walls. Ben responded quickly and during the initial visit managed to establish quickly how the rat had entered the house and explained to me what he was going to do, carried out the work and made two further visits to check the problem was resolved. I found Ben very professional, polite and helpful and definitely recommend him to anyone who has any issues with pests.

Top service right from the word go. Ben got back to me quickly about my fly problem. He assessed it and a couple of days later came and sorted it efficiently and effectively. Very knowledgeable, explained in great detail about the cluster fly and showed me videos of the treatment in action. Happy with the price. Will highly recommend Ben to others. Thank you very much.

There is no job too big or small for this guy. I contacted Ben in regards to an ant problem I was having he came the same day and treated the affected Area. He was very helpful and very informative about the treatment he has used which with four children was brilliant to know. I haven’t seen a single ant since. Very friendly guy and if I run into any more pest problems Ben would be the first person I’d call !! Fab service !!!

Ben goes above and beyond to help us when we noticed a few droppings from some unwanted visitors.

What’s really good about Ben is his honesty, he doesn’t try and over sell you something you don’t need and explains what he’s doing every step of the way.

We were in the dreaded situation where we had to call out pest control to deal with a rat infestation. Ben came and undertook a really thorough assessment of our house and surroundings. He was so informative, told us exactly what the process would entail, realistic timelines and gave us a wealth of information and facts to prevent this happening again.
