I can't say enough good things about Berry Bouquet. Not only do they create the most beautiful and delicious arrangements, but their customer service is truly exceptional. I recently had an issue that wasn't even their responsibility, and yet they went above and beyond to help me — without hesitation.

They showed genuine care and kindness, and their support made a big difference during a stressful time. It's rare to find a company that puts people first the way they do. I'm so incredibly grateful for their help, and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer for life. Highly recommend Berry Bouquet to anyone looking for amazing products and truly compassionate service. 💐💕

Amazing gifts and customer service

I once received a Berry Bouquet gift and loved it. Since then, I've been sending to friends and family as a birthday, thank you or celebratory gifts. These are amazing creations, beautifully presented and delicious fresh fruit with or without chocolate. Highly recommend to everyone. Fast delivery and great customer service.

Order did nit turn up on date…

Order did not turn up on date requested. Chased by email No reply. Turned up late the next day. Warm in the packaging, not the best condition. The card i paid extra for was not in the box. Have sent 2 emails and no response. Looking at other reviews on here seems to be a familiar issue and nothing changes. Don’t order from them. I never will again.

Berry Disappointing

Perhaps it’s that a DPD was used to deliver? Bouquet arrived with eleven berry’s broken off and laying at the bottom of the plastic wrapping.
I do not recommend paying extra for chocolate covered oranges as only half arrived encased in chocolate. It does allow you to be warned that the orange slices have seeds and peel, which makes it unreasonably messy to eat. (You could argue my expectations were too high) The presentation overall is mediocre at best and I was a little embarrassed of giving this as a four year wedding anniversary gift. Most fruit was overripe so must eat same day.

Customer service non existent

Customer service non existent. I ordered 2 large strawberry platters for a wedding dessert table. I was concerned about delivery as the order confirmation stated the delivery date could be changed at their discretion if need be. I tried several times to phone them but you just get continuous beeps as though it’s a discontinued line. Tried the chat line but wasn’t able to chat with anyone so I then emailed but had no reply at all. I had paid extra for delivery on the wedding day before 10.30am but I contacted DPD and was informed that they don’t guarantee that service. I asked if I could collect but was told I couldn’t, then asked to change the delivery address from my home address to the venue address but was told only Berry Bouquets can do that. Tried to contact them again but with no success. This all made for a very stressful wedding morning. The strawberries did in the end arrive just before 10.30 and were well packaged and looked and tasted amazing. It’s just such a shame that it is impossible to contact Berry Bouquets. Surely providing good customer service is as important as providing quality products.

What a lovely gift

What a lovely gift! Very novel. Fruit fresh and at peak for eating. Tasty and delicious, highly recommend adding the strawberries with chocolate! Amazed at how well it was packed and arrived intact and kept cool in the hot weather.
A great gift for anyone but especially if they love fruit and want to avoid unhealthy food.

Wrong order and poor customer.service

I had once received a good bouquet myself. However service experience poor on order I made. The bouquet arrived on time to family but it was the wrong message (one of condolensces at a sad time), wrong names , and bouquet smaller than one I ordered. I emailed the company twice with no response. I sent a message from their website with no response. Then after a further email complaining of poor customer service they replied saying all messages had supposedly been going into Spam folder. They stated that they would look into it and could offer free delivery on my next order. I asked for feedback and what they meant by free delivery with no further response. I did a final email noting that I would need to share reviews of the site given lack of response and waited a week but still nothing. No explanations, no offer to refund (at least for the difference in price) . So it appears customer service is not a priority and I fear I can't trust the correct order or message will get there every time. I will try other companies who do similar fruit bouquets in future. Its a shame because liked the product and was open to mistakes happening at times and this could have been resolved through being responsive, looking into it to prevent it happening again, and offering a valid compensation/refund.

I ordered the berry bouquet after…

I ordered the berry bouquet after researching on line to send to my mother as she didn’t feel well. The fruit was fresh and she was delighted with the presentation and taste of the fruit.

The order process was quick and easy as I am in the us and sending to the uk. I highly recommend.

I had a celebration fruit bouquet…

I had a celebration fruit bouquet delivered to me in Leicester, a few days ago from a lovely friend of mine.
Unfortunately the grapes were going off, the pineapple was sticky, the chocolate on the strawberries was falling off. It didn’t look very fresh at all. I have photos of these if they want to look at them.

Great experience

Great experience. I contacted them before ordering as I needed it delivered to a hospital and they were very responsive. Placed an order and it was delivered thr next day in perfect condition. Beautiful product that looks exactly like the picture.

customer service is non-existent

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day, and not only was it delivered three days late, it arrived in a complete mess. I've ordered from Berry Bouquets in the past, so I thought I knew the quality to expect. Since my order was delivered, I've reached out three times to request a refund. I've attached photos and given an explanation of expected delivery. I made this order past the cutoff on the eve of Mother's Day, so I knew there was potential it would not arrive the following day. I went ahead with the order, but when they were not delivered Monday or Tuesday, I grew quite irritated. I would not recommend this company. I've had no success with customer service.

Update as of 07/05/25 (2 Stars):
Shortly after writing my original review, customer service responded to my email stating all of my emails ended up in the spam folder due to the images. Only one of my emails had an image, so it sounds more like they were pressured by my poor review. I was able to request a full refund and received my money back.

Now, Berry Bouquets continues to email me to request I remove my review. I will update my rating, but I'm not going to delete my review, as it was a poor experience with a lack in customer service. Updated to 2 stars because I'm happy I got a refund. Please stop emailing me.

Update as of 13/05/2025:
As someone who works in hospitality, I more than understand mistakes happen. It’s the fact that my original email request had no images attached, so the story that it went to the junk inbox due to the file size is not true. I never agreed to remove my review. That wouldn’t be a fair assessment of my experience. I only requested a full refund.

Paid EXTRA for next day delivery well…

Paid EXTRA for next day delivery well inside cut off time as it was a special birthday for mum- WASN'T delivered on day it was supposed to be, waiting OVER 2 weeks for a refund/supposed good will gesture, communication from company very lazy like and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND- would definitely not use again nor recommend. I paid for a service I most certainly did not receive and am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service

Great communication and customer service! I send a fruit bouquet from USA to UK as a birthday present, the package was not delivered the same day this is the reason I don't give a 5 star but they delivered next day. Thank you! My friend love his gift.

Sent a bouquet for my mum in the UK

Sent a bouquet for my mum in the UK. I'm living in the USA right now so it was really important that the bouquet arrived in time for Mothers Day. Please note the time difference meant I had missed the cut off time for a next day delivery. But Berry Bouquets still managed to deliver in time for Mothers Day, which i truly appreciate 🙏
The Bouquet arrived beautifully designed and packaged and my mum said the fruit was so fresh and sweet. Highly recommend and can't wait to order again for a few Birhdays coming up x

Would not recommend! Read review.

I won a berry bouquet as part of a giveaway and nominated a day to be delivered.
This was the first issue as they delivered it a day early and left it for the whole street to see. The second issue is that the bouquet was a mess! Some strawberries had slid down the sticks and some were still mainly green! Unripe strawberries covered in chocolate - no thanks!
The pot was quite cute but why were the sticks all inserted into a savoy cabbage?!
Great idea, terrible execution. So glad it didn’t cost me a penny!

Not to Berry Bouquets - it was a gift I do not have the order number!
