I am so cross as the last two orders were delivered a day early when my family wasn’t at home to receive the order
After notifying the company I’ve heard nothing
I’ve sent 5 bouquets now
But too unhappy with the lack of communication and customer care

Fruit basket was delivered on Tuesday to a London office, they told me it was the best present ever, everybody finger licked, the office came to a halt as they sat down and enjoyed the amazing fruit. What an amazing art. Thanks

Received a fruit bouquet from this company as a gift. Never have I been so disappointed by something. It was huge and full of soggy unappetising fruit. At the bottom of the plastic was lots of juice and the whole thing was just a sticky mess. The whole thing went straight in the bin. I feel sorry for the lady that sent it to us as her money has been wasted. I did send an email to the company to let them know of my disappointment.

Edited to say zero response from customer service.

Ordered from the USA as a gift for my aunty in the UK. Very well received and the photos sent to me of the bouquet looked amazing. My aunty said the fruit tasted delicious and the chocolate strawberries were so yummy x

Excellent Service! Ordered an arrangement for a bereavement as an alternative to the family getting more flowers - added chocolate covered fruit and a premium greeting card - Everything was delivered very quickly and as a bonus the cabbage that was used as the central holder for the skewers was used by the family to make a delicious curry! Highly recommend

Arrived for a birthday present extremely poor and so disappointed especially for £67.00 and £12.99 delivery on top. I would not recommend ordering of this company !!!! For the price you pay. Fruit was bad pineapple was off strawberries was all bruised and squashed I would like to upload images but unable to on here. The company don't acknowledge complaints and don't respond to your whatsapps. I would like a full refund.

Fruit good quality and was larger than expected, I ordered the medium size.

This was my first time ordering from Berry Bouquets and ordering from the USA, and it was a great experience. The online process was seamless and quick. Berry responded quickly once the order was placed and responded quickly to my emails. Berry said he would be sure to make it beautiful and he really did. The recipients were emotionally overjoyed when they received our thinking-of-you gift. It looked as beautiful as Berry said he would make it. Thank you!

I had ordered a fruit bouque to be delivered to the hotel where we were having our event as a gift for the person that had put on the whole thing. Unfortunatly the bouque never arrived. I did get in touch with the company and they did refund me and also are sending out the fruit bouque directly to my freinds home. While I was very disapointed it never showed up on the day I had ordered it for the company did make it right in the end. Thank you for turning what could have been a very bad expereince into doing what is right for the customer.

Horrrrible it just arrived 3 days later no answer from any customer service and I wish I could show a picture my mum was happy of the fact I thought of her but I was so disappointed in how it looks not worth the price or not worth gifting it to anyone I would like a full refund because the quality I was given was horrrible and not worth the money and to add my brother said it tasted old

Do NOT bother ordering a "premium greeting card"... £5 for a piece of brown card, printed in black ink, upside down, and your own postcode stamped on it.

No wonder they don't show it on the website.

Also...zero response from customer services.

Amazing customer service!! I am in the States sending gifts to Granddaughters in the UK.
One got delivered right on time.
One wasn’t received and I found out I put the wrong delivery date on hers.
They immediately fixed it and were gracious and professional. Even though it was 3 am their time when we were conversing! Amazing. 😘

Delivery was booked for a specific date. Delivery to Northern Ireland was £25. I was told after ordering that it wouldn't arrive on the Saturday as needed (anniversary gift) but the following Tuesday. On Monday I then receive an email stating it would be Wednesday instead, due to a bank holiday.

"Bouquet" arrived today and I'm shocked by the photos I was shown. Paid for a large and it's tiny, nothing like I expected. Expensive, small and late and the fruit looks overly ripe. Embarrassed that this was sent as a gift.

Company made zero effort to remedy the delivery issues. Bouquet is pathetic. I've used American fruit basket delivery services, this is nothing like that.

Wonderful customer service via text message. Absolutely no issues. I was a bit hesitant as I have seen some bad reviews but I can say I was not disappointed. Would I used them again......

I had a small misunderstanding because my student accommodation did not accept food delivery, but they operated it quickly and solved it✨

I received a bouquet from you for my birthday on 15/04/24 that was ordered by a 93 year old friend. The condition was such, that nothing was edible. The strawberries had furry mould over them. The juice from them had run through, turning the pineapple pink and the chocolate was turning white in places. Even the cabbage chosen as a base was yellow. After trying to phone you and being informed you were too busy to talk to me I sent the first of my e mails to you attaching photos clearly showing the poor condition of the bouquet. I would estimate that, going by the state of it, it was assembled at least 5 days before I received it. I have since tried to contact you by phone and being told your still too busy and by e mail, but have not had any response from you whatsoever. I'm sure the photos are proof that I am not exaggerating. I therefore think a full refund should be made, not to me, but to my friend who placed the order with you. Regards Doreen Bicknell.

It,s been a month since I put this review on Trustpilot and still no response from Berry Bouquets. It appears that if they can't argue their case they totally ignore you and hope you'll go away.
