The people at the Best in Backyards are the best all around! they worked with us on a tight schedule and figured out how to make things happen very quickly. The gentlemen who came to install were just as professional. My children could not be happier with their new swing set!

Absolutely a great product!

Quality built shed and installed when promised

We love our new playset. We purchased the outdoor floor sample. They delivered the set in a timely manner and the kids love it. The set was still expensive but worth it because it's huge and my kids are tall 8 & 9 year olds. They and all their friends play on it and pretend they are doing an American Ninja Warrior course. The set is Very sturdy and strong. Before they delivered the set we leveled the ground with soil, weed paper and then pea stones. Best in backyards delivered and built the set for us. We lI've it and hope the kids will play on it for a long time.

Based on some limitations in our yard, we were able to work with them to re-configure a solution that works great. While our little one is only just barely ready for this swingset, we've had lots of friends and family over with small kids. Giving them a play area like this has been REALLY useful in keeping them occupied.

Set up was just a handful of hours and we're happy with the purchase. We especially like the infant swing addition.

The swing/play set is beautiful. It was delivered as and when promised. It was not inexpensive but competitive with other sets from other stores.
We have only had it a few weeks and hope it remains as beautiful as it is now. It has many features: swings, trapeze, clubhouse at top with telescope which is a big hit, slide, swinging tire under clubhouse, rope ladder, regular ladder up to clubhouse, awning cover over clubhouse. Expertly set up and installed by very experienced installers! It is just what we ordered and expected. Very good quality!

Delivery window was 1-3, they showed up at 5:30. Given the price point of this product, I would have expected a better level of service.

The experience, product and setup team were excellent. The only issue we had was scheduling. We were told we'd be first on install day and given a window. The window came and went. We basically lost an entire day once things were cleared up and the swing set was finally installed 5 hours later. To their credit, the service team was excellent and helped us, but it was frustrating.

I had a terrific expereince with Best in Backyards. The sales process all the way through installation went smoothly. The two guys who installed it were very friendly and put up with my kids sneaking out to watch them build it. The structure itself is very sturdy. We purchased the "Ultimate" with a spiral slide and it both the platform and the slide handles my 190 pounds without an issue.

The shed was delivered on the date promised. The construction seems to be good. The shutters were not the ones we were told by sales person that we were going to get. Also trim was not the color we wanted. Calls to company just excuses for sales person but no solutions to get it fixed

They set it up and did a great job - no issues, no problems

The transaction that took place with the purchase of my shed was positive from beginning to end. Tod was a great salesman and the delivery came when it was scheduled.

Our 10' x 12' shed was delivered on Thursday, June 18th, within the time period that was specified in our contract. As requested, it was delivered fully assembled and I actually enjoyed watching them maneuver it into our backyard and adjust it so that it was centered on the stone base that I had created and properly level it with any concrete slabs as needed. In addition, we added anchors that were dug much deeper than I was expecting. All-in-all, both my wife and I are very satisfied with both the shed and its features, including the above storage, the additional shelf, the ramp, and the flower boxes outside.

Polite, professional, competent service. We where especially impressed with the skill and courtesy of Nelson and his assistant (the installers). Great job!! Well done!! We will certainly recommend "Best in Backyards" when given the opportunity.

While we had some service issues during the process, upon hearing of our dissatisfaction the owners of the company made efforts to reach-out to help us w service issues we were facing.
So at the end, we are very happy with the playhouse built for our daughter (good quality & looks great) and were happy to see that top management is very concerned about customer service.

They came on time as promised, set up was fast.

Ordered a pre-assembled shed - pre season. Sales was easy to work with an helpful. Delivery showed up as scheduled. Delivery team was skilled in placing and leveling the shed. No problems and it looks great! Would recommend.

We love our product (extreme 3), but unfortunately it came with a scratched 12 wave slide. The company has scheduled a time to replace it with a new one, but it was installed more than a month ago. That is the only thing we are disappointed with.

Great experience from order to installation!

The purchase, delivery and set up went very smooth. The kids love the trampoline and we are thrilled with the product.
