Easy to purchase
Easy to purchase, competitive price, allowed the 10% Renewal discount even though I was late renewing - I was away when the reminder was sent 1 month early, a second reminder is needed a few days before expiry. Not needed to make a claim so can't comment on that aspect.

Easy and quick to make and settle claim
We unfortunately had to make a claim due to damage to our hire car, and the process was clear and simple: they told us exactly what we needed to claim, and then claim was approved and settled quickly!
